a win here would pretty much secure EL play offs seeing as Viola are playing Napoli away

Technically speaking though, we have a better G/D ratio than Fio, so really if they lose to Napoli and we tie the next two games we have Europe, yes? Bad mentality though

This season is over for bologna, dont see a reason we will lose this game.

Montella has to win this one. We are struggling to stay in 6th and we are only 6th because Inter are worse than we are. I'm worried about Fiorentina snatching 6th in the last two rounds. They have the more difficult games but it looks like some of the players have given up and Montella is having a mare with his selections.

If I don't see Bacca and Locatelli starting this one I'm not going to be happy.

anything less than a win here and I wouldn't mind if montella gets sacked.

Goal difference is a secondary criteria for league position in Italy. The first criteria is head to head, which I can't remember what the scores in the two games were.

Looks like 5th is out of the question, barring a miracle...

Tied the first game 0-0 won the other game

I´m glad we achieved that. If they get 4 points we are still 6th with one win and if they get 3 points we are 6th with two draws, sadly we can expect them to win their last game.

Hopefully Pescara wants to win their last game as a "ciao" to Serie A.

G\D does not count with fiorentina as we beat them in direct clash

if we win we have done it. Unless they get a shock win vs napoli. even a draw for viola wouldnt be enough

Agreed. You couldn't get a better setup. Win a home match against a lower mid table team with nothing to play for and assure European spot.

If he can't gather this bunch to do that, I dunno how he'd be able to manage higher profile players.

I wonder who's going to replace suso, maybe we're going to see bacca-lapa with deulofeu behind him. I don't know this looks disastrous. I don't want to see Ocampos...

Montella could start both Bacca and Lapadula together upfront in a 3-5-2 formation against Bologna [Gazzetta.it].

Apparently the wing-backs could be Deulofeu and Calabria

Don't even joke about that  A full game by Ocampos might be just the thing to set someone over the edge.
