And I've lost 200 grams since the start of the year. I have scales here so I can monitor my weight.

This year is the first year where I can say all the Nutella I am buying is being at least 98% consumed by me. So no inflated numbers. Just results.

I should rephrased my earlier statement where 1.5 kg has been 'consumed'. Purchased is the word I should of used because until I actually start and finish the second jar I before the post it is correct to say 1.5 Kg has been purchased. However, due to it being a weekend coming up, Milan playing also... I'd be done with it by Tuesday

it's only a holiday thing. the rate would die down considerably from march onwards

and besides - last year i only had 2 nutella jars in 8 months (jan-aug)

and i eat loads of salad, rice/pasta and overkill on the cheese

sadly, my spiritual abdominal muscles have disappeared.

OK yeah this is becoming an issue now... I have started a system of phasing Nutella out to a jar a week by purchasing other healthy stuff like apples and stuff. I have begun with my last jar and avoided eating it for a day.

The plan is to make it last a week from now on... But also minimise craving. I gained 800 grams (61.2 kg) since the turn of the year

The Facebook page of Nutella had a post about how we make new year resolutions never to have a moment without Nutella jars because there would always be backup and then I was reading the comments and one person was like 'I ate 2 tubs in one month and I'm so happy'

Ok before you guys call emergency services for my insanity let me clear out a few things

- Nutella Jar #5 lasted me 5 DAYS

- The two jars I bought were in the same transaction - Why? - I was celebrating when I saw that Nutella at the supermarket was $5.00 a jar (30% off) so I got two

- They will last the rest of the month if I continue my rationing.

- I dropped the post midnight rampage spoonage - that's why they last longer.

But still, I too am asking myself what the hell is 50 bucks a month
