Abbiati has done decent with a backline like our. We need a new GK too.

I'm sorry. He made a great save in the first half which kept if at 0-0. He may have done better if he could have cleared the ball for the first goal but that is being extremely harsh. The second was unstoppable. To be fair to Abbiati he is playing behind one of the worst defences in the history of our great club.

We need to sort out defence, midfield and attack before we remove Abbiati.

Good saves, but Had no clue why he didn't challenge marchisio...he just went back to his goal when he was actually close to him.....I won't blame him that much, but he could have stopped him himself

and Tevez shot...Well ahhhh its Ok

e never ever leaves his goal... we lost so many goals because of this, especially on set pieces
Here is something interesting I've seen on Milannews recently
Grafico Sky - Il Milan soffre le palle alte: Abbiati esce poco dai pali

its because he's freaking Slow and no Agility....Amelia is better than him in these aspects, but both are Mehhh

Out for a walk.
He was miles off his line on the Tevez goal. If he was back inside his box he could have easily parried or caught it, since it went centrally.

I'd have to disagree.

The Tevez goal was a wonder strike. The ball flew past Abbiati and moved a lot in the air initially. I don't think any keeper would have saved that shot unless they were lucky/unlucky to have the ball hit them straight in the face.

whether he would have stopped it or not we don't know...i also think he could have since he is quite strong but there was great power behind that shot....but you're right, he was standing on the 6 yards line...those are the mistakes Gabriel should make.

so whats new? this guy is shit but we won't replace him we'll go after a striker in the summer and maybe another winger. as much as i dislike abbiati we need three defenders even more urgently than a GK. we've already signed agazzi imo.

2nd and 4th goals very suspect.

1st and 3rd, poor goalkeeping.

Retire please.

Exchange the keepers and we would have easily brushed past Atletico in both games and passed the round.

He's decisive, negatively.

I will pray that this is his last season in Milan.
What's the point of being a GK if you don't fucking JUMP?

Too inconsistent, too injury prone, has days where he thinks footballs are balls of lava.

We need a new keeper.

He has saved our asses too many times. Unfortunately, this season he is showing his age too frequent. Play Gabriel or bring Perin. Bardi could be an option too.

Just bring someone, who can move and not just watching.

It is so pathetic how he stands still hoping the ball goes out wide of the post

he is okay but he makes some shitty dives. with amelia's rating he is the only choice haha

i use him as the benchmark b/w absolute shit and decent keeper

It is so pathetic how he stands still hoping the ball goes out wide of the post

on fifa 12 whenever he didn't jump it meant the ball was never going in. I always imagined abbiati to be awesome in that sense

in real life he is something else.

he saved our asses before, at times yeah. This season we lost a lot of games because of him being such an old fart.
