Not really . Looking at it there is lazio-napoli-samp 27 , genoa 26, us 25 and fiorentina 24 . genoa and samp will die off clearly . We are 2pts of napoli-lazio and i feel like the team is starting to play stronger as of late. Plus lets not forget we actually beat lazio and napoli. I think we have a fair shot at 3rd.

the lack of consistency could get us in trouble.. we should be passed 30, maybe 31, 32 points right now

question.

were the games against inter and juventus at home sold out?

I know the stadium has a capacity of 80.000 and at those game we had over 70.000 in the building but I think the difference to until 80.000 is because some seats need to remain empty for security reasons.

confirmation?

What I know that there are different system that has been used for the security reasons and that they don't reserve seats in order to secure the stadium.

The others are remained seats "reserved" for the VIP and special guests and Honors guests related to the both teams.

37% - So far AC Milan have conceded 7 out of 19 goals following a corner: the highest percentage (37%) over the current Serie A. Lack.

38% - The 38% of AC Milan's goals conceded have come from corner (8 out of 21), the highest ratio in this Serie A. Flaw.

pippo's milan is very similar to leo's milan..

milan needs more experience in the mid and attack.. still dont think montolivo is the guy to lead the team.. is a good player nothing more.. in the attack menez is doin well but needs a killer up front too with him(kinda like sheva without a pippo or a crespo).. the defense need brains..

18/01/2015 BEYOND The RESULT

The stats to emerge from Sunday's Serie A match against Atalanta.

MILAN – The rossoneri end the first part of the season on 26 points after Sunday's 1-0 defeat to Atalanta. German Denis scored the game's decisive goal on 33 minutes for the away side thanks to an assist from Maxi Moralez.

Before that however Giacomo Bonaventura came close and tested Marco Sportiello from distance while Jeremy Menez nearly levelled the scores on the stroke of half-time with a well taken free-kick.

After the restart, Milan enjoyed plenty of possession and pushed forward but the rossoneri were unable to find a way through an organised and compact Atalanta team.

Here are the stats to emerge from the match:

26- After the first 19 rounds of the season, Milan are on 26 points. This time last season Milan had 4 points less.

14- The number of points collected by Milan from the first 10 home matches of the season. The record from those games reads 4 wins, 2 draws and 4 defeats.

9- The number of goals conceded by Milan at home this season. 4 in the first-half and 5 in the second-half.

490- The number of days since Atalanta's last win at the San Siro against Milan. On that day the score-line was also 1-0 but Luca Cigarini was the goal-scorer.

Report: Milan crisis meetings today
By Football Italia staff

It’s reported that Adriano Galliani will be at Milanello today for crisis talks with Milan Coach Pippo Inzaghi.

The Rossoneri were beaten at home by Atalanta yesterday, meaning that Inzaghi’s side have taken just one point from their opening three games of 2015, after also losing to Sassuolo as well as drawing at Torino.

********** reports that the club’s joint-CEO Adriano Galliani will be at Milanello today, and will meet with Inzaghi, his staff and the team to discuss what has gone wrong.

The newspaper states that Galliani will then meet with President Silvio Berlusconi and his daughter Barbara to explain the mounting crisis.

Inzaghi’s job is not thought to be in danger, but ********** believes that there may be some changes to the coaching staff at San Siro.

It’s believed that fundamental disagreements about approach have hampered the team, with some staff believing the Diavolo should adapt to their opponents, while others believe Milan should always attempt to impose their games on their opponents.

What game are they talking about?

First time since 1941 that #Milan have not won in January. 1941 (3 draws, 1 loss) 2015 (3 losses, 1 draw)

1 - AC Milan have fired only one shot over the first half of the game against Lazio: Jeremy Menez' goal at minute 4. Cynic.

4 - Four out of the last five AC Milan's goals in the league came within minute 10: three were scored by Jeremy Menez. Overture.

5 - AC Milan have lost five consecutive Serie A games against Juventus for the first time since 1984. Gap. #JuveMilan

9 - AC Milan have conceded 9 goals from a corner in this Serie A, fewer only than Cesena (10). Flaw. #JuveMilan

37 & 124 - AC Milan have lost 37 games and conceded 124 away to Juventus in Serie A, more than vs any other side. Tough.
