Still needs to work on movement and is staying too far from his man sometimes. Also its not easy to be a young defender is this half-team so...

Maybe we should try 3-5-2 in the future, especially if we add a good passer like TS, Caio or Musacchio, at the moment we have not enough strong CBs for this system.
In my opinion a perfectly executed defense of 4 is better than 3 at the back but some players profit from the different playing style of the later, especially defenders who can play FB and CB like Romagnoli.
A 3-5-2 is probably one of the best ways to field two strikers in modern football too, one additional player in the so important central midfield compared to a 4-4-2 and its easier to pull of wide plays compared to a 4-3-1-2 (if the CMs of the 4-3-1-2 are not of superb quality).
