agreed..

Marchisio is solid, but not world class..but not doubting his quality..Vidal tho, as said, if he plays top notch in CL, then he will be considered WC..my brother is a juve supporter and hes been telling me in recent weeks that Moanin-Ho at madrid wants to bring Vidal at all cost this summer...not likely as vidal was key in Juve's solid season..

but to keep this post legit and on topic, i really hope traore comes and shows good things for us, if not then he will be a bench player that will be sold in the next market..gotta love snatching free players up and selling in the next market..

The way I see it, we stabbed ourselves in the foot

First by letting Pirlo go to Juve (should have sold him ages back or atleast renewed him earlier go get some money from his sale) and not getting a proper replacement like was promised

Second by passing on Vidal despite making the first bid when Leverkusen wanted just 2m more from him

p.s. - Atleast Marchisio is a good player and has some talent. That is more than I can say for any of our bunch in the last decade

Last season he scored 5 goals and if it wasent for the sickness he caught which made him miss the first part of the season , he could of finished with 8-9 goals this year (instead of 5)and would of been seen as a revelation .

He was the 2nd best player in Nancy this year if we look at the stats. 82,9 i passing percentage is good. The best result in that regard in Nancy!

He probably just do alot of easy passings though which is good if he hasnt a great passingfoot. Monty can do the difficult passes.

Can't help but feeling like he'll be Taiwo 2... Scoring goals is nice but we got other people to do that, I want a FB that is solid defensively, and is capable of passing and crossing. Don't expect much of this but of course he'll have the chance to impress.
