I think Poli will be a good addition, but the question is, will Milan make a move? I read Inter also interested in him, and another news, Milan wants to sign Aquilani to replace Pirlo.. I really hope Poli will join us, I really see a great future ahead of him, especially with the guide of Ambro and Gattuso..

I think we may have missed the boat on this guy. Gabriele Marcotti said something along the lines that the poli deal is already done, just a few details to be sorted out. So another talented youngster may go to merda :thumbsdown:

ahh bad times if this is tru. Another prospect to inter to get ruined and especially Italian prospect. But then again u never know we might do a pirlo or seedorf deal an hav him at some point

Poli should only come depending n outgoing players... We have our own youngsters, why bring in Poli if MvB, Gatt and Ambro all stay?

If we could secure him for 4/5 million I'd say get him and send him on loan for the season, see how he develops. Hopefully when we need to address our DM dept this lad has made the grade and can come back.

He is a player that I have liked since he started getting match time with samp..he's very young and has many years to grow but it has to be with a club that will help him grow..definitely not samp...we could get him on the semi cheap and help him discover his talents and could and possibly will be a NT regular for Italy..

i can't see him costing more than 6m now that samp are relegated and he has barely played last season, we should really get him, he will be a quality backup and will be a very good anchor in the future imo

i don't see a reason not to buy him. he can't be too expensive, especially with the relegation, he's a bright prospect and at the very least we can buy and loan him and use him when ambro and vbom are done. i think if groomed right he could become a DM starter for us in a few years.

We should consider buying him for the future, either next year or maybe buy him this summer. Poli could be Pirlo's understudy, imo.

Very true..but as said poli would and will never become the player that he could be playing with samp..he doesn't have much talent surrounding him on the pitch for him to showcase his abilities like he could with us..
