La Stampa - Donnarumma to the PSG, a 60 million deal

Manolas has an agreement with Napoli - Sky

Two horrible pieces of news. If Kepa is worth 80m Donna is worth way more

Sportmediaset - Massara proposes Gaëtan Laborde for the Rossoneri attack

So Massara only proposes players? And the main SD decisions are taken by Maldini and Boban?

Is Massara's role more of a chief scout than an actual SD?

I don‘t think that‘s uncommon, bigger summs (=almost every transfer for a club like Milan) will probably involve at least 2 decision makers.

Donnarumma for 60 to PSG.
Use that 60 for Cragno and Barella from Cagliari. Combined salary will be similar to Gigio’s.

So much improvement at no cost.

On paper Giampaolo seems rather underwhelming considering what we have all had to endure over the last 6 years.

When you look closer, you'll see a high level possession based style of football that's played at high tempo. If you happen to be fan of Sarri's style, then it's highly likely Giampaolo's will impress equally. He just needs the platform to showcase his tactical identity to a greater audience. The law of averages surely falls in our favor.

It's hard to imagine Milan playing this modern style of football - embrace the revolution.

Napoli have reached an agreement with Milan target Kostas Manolas, but are not close to an agreement with Roma. Milan sporting director Massara has asked Manolas’ agents to wait before joining Napoli, but it may be too late unless Milan pay the €36m release clause. [@DiMarzio]

Ouch... on the other hand “we've agreed personal terms with Dejan Lovren” apparently :fp:.
We could have just kept Zapata in that case. Solid defenders that are prone to occasional costly blunders.

Today’s PSG situation is very different. They will need to control the outflow quite a bit thanks to the monitoring. Hard to see them spending 70+ on a goalkeeper.

Manolas and Koulibaly central defense is easily going to be the best in the world on paper. With Ancelotti, probably on field as well.

Break the deal, Ricky Massara!

Dolla - out
Manolas & Torreira - in

That looks like plan A.

I don‘t think so, there are only two GK transfers in history in that price range and Donna is not a complete GK, on high wages, has some blunders here and there and isn‘t big-game-proven. Of course there are many positive aspects to him too, especially his age, but overall 60m seem very fair.

I don‘t know if I‘d be happy with that transfer as a PSG fan.

#SusoOut

My worry is that he doesn't have a real market. His tendency yo disappear from entire halves of seasons as well as low effort has been on display for all.

Don't worry man, just because of few members say noone will buy him for 20m, doesn't mean its true. If Paolo wants to sell him, he will have many suitors... that's still good statistic even if he had shit 60% of the season
wuddup fam? how's that erection going at 90 y.o.?

Maybe it's for the best Donna goes to PSG. 60m seems low, it really is.. but he's 2 years left on contract and with Raiola they probably force him out if he really wants to leave then.

May as well take the money at this point and invest it in the team. There are plenty of other good keepers in Serie A such as Cragno, Dragowski, Lafont, Perin, etc that we can use as a replacement that won't cost 60m nor ask the salary Donna has.

The reported 6m salary request for Manolas has to be BS, no way Napoli would have an agreement for that sum.

Roma need to sell after losing their annual UCL windfall. Milan want to get the price down and offer the player better terms. A double deal with Manolas & Luca Pellegrini could be on the cards.

No that's not true at all.

He missed 6 games from suspensions and international duty

Once he stayed on the bench

Once he wasn't in the squad

Twice he was sent off.

3 times he was subbed off in the last 10 mins as Atalanta closed the game out

Literallly only 1 time was he removed after around 60 minutes and only 4 times was he subbed in with less than half an hour remaining, all of them within his first 10 games at a new club before he was an established starter (as was the time he wasn't in the squad).

Once he was an established player he always played the full game, only leaving early if he was sent off or with less than 10 mins to go and the game won.
Hmmmm necro???
