Rui was 0.28 for Portugal and Muntari was 0.25 for Ghana.
Rui played in generally a more advanced position so it would also follow that he would get more goals.
Rui was MUCH better than him simply because he kept the possession more.
Sulley scores more because he takes a bajillion shots/game
Unlike Rui Muntari has a heavy defensive responsibility which he often shirks (not intentionally he gives his all) by being out of position. Often.
That said I always thought Rui was overrated (in general). And there was an additional layer of hype that he got when he came here. Muntari is criminally underrated because he isn't as bad as the general poster speaks of.

But seriously now....I've never been impressed with this guy.....EVER.....he had some bright flashes during the Ronaldo show (Brazil vs Ghana World Cup 2006) but that's about it.
The quicker he, Bonera and Matri are no longer on Milan's payroll the easier I can digest my food
Even if some people did hate Muntari because of his religion, they wont be racists technically.
People can look at live football matches. Most people do that.

i mentioned them in the same sentence because they've both played at milan for some seasons as midfielders....rui costa for a total of 5, and muntari for 3.5 so far. muntari is still only just 30 though, so he probably has around 3 more seasons with us still..rui costa left us around 34, came as 29
