You said "clubs with big budgets" regardless of who the coach is, clubs fail all the time. Whether it's a Conte or Mourinho or someone like Montella. Too many players today earn so much they literally don't give a fuck who the coach is if, the clubs not winning and the enviroment sucks. They're likely getting compensated/overpaid either way.
We're in the positive vibes only era, all too many players are rich beyond their wildest dreams before getting close to their potential. Earning that one big move is the only real motivator.
