I still watch with a bit of interest, and it's funny seeing them smash Liverpool but them losing doesn't have the ability to effect my weekend. The family I had that do support Villa I havent been in touch with for about 10 years either.

I think Cavani will be back up unless he bangs them in while Martial is suspended. It's an alright signing on its own but isn't enough to stop the Summer being a complete shit show. We've got Newcastle, Arsenal, Chelsea, Everton in October with PSG and Leipzig in there as well so things could get worse lol. I suppose Ole could go back to sitting deep and hitting the counter though, which is the one thing he isn't awful at.

The rot at United started a long time ago tbh. 2009, really. If you look at our spending from 09-13, it was actually tiny. We papered over the cracks for a long time and the more powerful Woodward got, the worse things became.

We're shit at every level. I'm kinda used to it, though when Liverpool win the league again I'll be sick.
