Wouldn't call United a physical team lol. We're a bunch of fannies, bar 1 or 2. Mind you Park on Pirlo was probably the main reason you lost inthe 2nd leg.

But Chelsea will be a problem for anyone. SB is a small pitch, and in Drogba, Essien, Terry, Mikel, Ramires they'll boss you off the pitch.

That's why you only really have a good chance of beating them if your midfield/defence is good enough to contain Chelsea's and them hit them on the counter attack.

Nightmare to play against. Think United have only won there 3 times in about 10 years.

sorry united isn't physical persay. Athletic is word I wanna use. Barca for all there technique and skill aren't physical or athletic. Atleast not at an ungodly level. Like say nani/valencia on a counter or essien/mikel in midfield.

They play good football but not cause of any physical gifts (athleticism would be a physical gift). This isn't to call them unathletic though...

i'll put it this way. I'd rather face a technical team any day over an athletic or physical
. Milan just can't match up w/ later where as tactically milan can hang with technical clubs. Atleast I think it's a better match up

you really think xavi and iniesta have more ability to bully milans midfield than ramires, lampard, essien!?

Xavi, Iniesta, Masch/Busquets may not bully us but they will certainly hurt us more with their passing than Chelsea's midfield. Chelsea's team is not that much higher than us in physical play, only Essien and Mikel. We will have Boateng ready by then and we have some mean tacklers in Flamini, Ambro and GATTUSO. They are vulnerable on the right-hand side of defense and thats where our strength lies in Dinho. As i said, this discussion can go on and on because our opinions differ. You think Barca is better opponent than Chelsea, alright i respect that but i dont agree.

To see Milan vs Carlos Chelsea come next May at Wembley is the dream right now. The prospect of seeing Drogba pitted against TSilva and Ibra/Pato vs Terry and Seedorf/Pirlo vs Lampard/Essien is very mouthwatering :D;)

United team to face Rangers:

--------------------PIG-----------------

Brown----Smalling------Rio-------Fabio

Valencia---Gibson------Fletcher--Park

-----------Rooney-----Chicharito------

10 changes

It's pretty clear that Evans and Evra have been dropped for their shambolic defending this season.

Rooney and Chicharito :star:

Rio is back :star:

I like this line up but i think many selections were made with Liverpool in mind on the weekend.

I really don't know which team I'll be watching. I may end up watching Manchester though to see Fabio.

i think inter-twente might be worth it. I got a gut feeling twente will scare shit out of inter and possibly get a result.

Also predicting Werder to beat Tottenham. Man Utd to win comfortably 3-0 or more. Barca will struggle too, after the weekend, but will probably win.

If you get the chance to, then you should watch Lyon - Schalke, it should be a nice open and free-flowing game. The likes of Neuer, Raul, Hunter, Gourcuff, Lisandro and Bastos will be involved.

If not then maybe ManU/Barca game. Inter-20 will probably of limited excitement.

I might start with Merda-Twente and then flick over to something else if it's boring/if Inter are winning comfortably.

I do not want the german football to precede the Italian football.:)

I don't either, so I'll cheer for Roma and all the Italian teams in the EL :D I just love watching Inter lose.
