Has anyone seen The Walking Dead? SUCH A GREAT SHOW! I think it's only available in North America, maybe other places but I love it if you love zombies, intensity, good storylines, action, adventure, or babes, then you should CHECK it OUT!!

I downloaded today the first episode.I normally wanted to give it a full season before downloading it(out of fear it may get canned like so many new shows do).

Im going to watch it now right before the el classico. From the trailer it looks interesting(i love zombies ),but the storyline looks like a carbon copy from the movie 28 days later.

Zizousama, it's not overrated. If you've seen it and think that, then i respect that. But you can't say that from watching a clip or two. Az., I think you will like it. However, you have to watch the show before saying the plot sucks. It's based off the comic book series.

Mate did you miss the part where i said it looks interesting ?

I just finished watching episode 4,this show is quite awesome!

Im loving that Norman Reedus is on the show,i loved him in The Boondock Saints

One thing i didn't like : the part were his redneck brother cuts off his own hand.It was made for dramatic effect and really ******ed move.If he was willing to cut off his own hand he would have been willing to break his thumb.

He would have kept his hand and his thumb would have eventually healed. That part was kinda annoying,i dont like it when movie directors make up dumb shit just for drama.

Az, sorry for assuming there :O I didn't know, it's not overrated! Thank you for agreeing that it's an amazing and interesting show as it really is! Norman Reedus is a good actor on the show, i've never seen Boondock Saints. And ya, the move that Dixon did where he cut his hand off was quite ******ed. But episode 5 has already aired, you should check it out! How'd you watch the show?

Probably one of the best series I've ever seen let's hope it stays like that though everybody is starting to lose their shit, especially Shane.

Good thing is that it doesn't revolve as much as killing zombies rather than the psicological aspect of survival. It is a really interesting show

Too bad Mr. Beard (Jim) died

What does the thumb have to do with him cutting his hand for survival?

I agree with you Nesta_Pirlo. But the show has already been renewed for a 2nd season, which will have 13 episodes. It's based off of the graphic novels.

Your thumb its what keeping you from just simply sliding them off.If you break the thumb you can put in a position that you normally cant and slide the cuffs off.

Also he could have either saw off the pipe, its way easier with the tools he had at his disposal then the bone. The bone is one of the toughest things to get trough with a saw ,and thats not counting the pain .

U sound like a survival specialist AZ. Very helpful, if ill ever desperately need to escape handcuffs il brake my finger instead of chopping my hand off. Good to know

I dont usually like TV series but this so far is awesome and quite a surprise since after the ending of the 1st episode with the ''hey dumbass in the tank, how stipud are u'' or something and stupid music music kicking in i though this was just gonna end up being badass dude in the city killing everything with one cliche after another but its really unpredictable and more psychological than action.

Its kinda lame their are so few episodes though.

The last episode is this Sunday. I really don't think it's lame, I find it quite entertaining and awesome. Can't wait for more episodes for this show. And Az, I will watch Boondock Saints!!

True but maybe Merle was not aware of that and with the adrenaline of the zombies trying to bust in it was a little easier, he couldn't saw the pipe of because the saw was not sharp enough he could only cut of his hand. Though I saw that coming. Yet I find it intriguing what will be of Merle

Yes I am aware of that thank god, just through the 2nd episode they called the 2nd season. It has been really tempting to look for spoilers but so far so good

When is the 2nd season slated for? Probably after 1 year right?

Just saw there are over 70 episodes in the novels. Hope the ratings are good so they get to make them all. So far this is brilliant.

Season 2 is slated for 2011 sometime, and I think the ratings will continue to do well. Nesta_Pirlo, the graphic novels have 79 episodes so you can spoil it by reading them if you want to. My friend told me that weird stuff starts to occur later on, and it sounds really intense and great
