According to the latest reports from French sports newspaper L'Équipe, Paris Saint-Germain are willing to sell captain Thiago Silva at the end of the season. The Ligue 1 leaders are said to value the 33-year-old Brazilian at €10-15 million, though it is unclear whether interested clubs would be willing to pay that for a man who is approaching the end of his career.

Chinese Super League side Shanghai SIPG were linked with a move for the former AC Milan star as recently as last month, while there is no question they have the financial resources to pull off such a deal. It is assumed that the Rio de Janeiro native would welcome the chance to ply his trade alongside compatriots Oscar, Hulk and Elkeson under the tutelage of Portuguese coach Vítor Pereira.

The fact Unai Emery left him out of the starting XI in Les Parisiens’ recent UEFA Champions League match against Real Madrid added further fuel to the fire, as his wife Belle openly questioned the Basque trainer’s tactics via her Instagram account.

Would you guys take him back? 10-15m sounds reasonable and he may even reduce his wages to join us given his love for the club. If we decide to move either Musa or Zapata on, he can fit in as a solid sub

He has a huge salary which no club will pay even the likes of city and utd. It has China written all over it (low transfer fee + high way) and factor in that he’s Brazilian and he’ll play wherever for money.

We have a good thing going at cb partnership and it will not benefit to change and very costly to bring such an expensive back up.

Really depends on how much of a cut he's willing to take.

Why would we buy him back when we have one of the best CBs in the world and another likely to become even better in our central defense.. and doing well?

With Bonucci + Roma as starters and Zapata + Musacchio as reserves with very different qualities we really need no investment into the CB spot.

There are news about it from today. All in Italian though.

Rape is a severe crime but in my opinion a sentence in this height is enough.

Interesting, any new developments?

Also, disagree. Rape for me is the same as murder - only lifelong sentence will suffice.

Really feel bad that he was sold to such a mediocre club. Will people remember Thiago as something special? Not beyond his Milan years I imagine. He certain earned good money but I feel he could've been so much more here :(

Like many things here the desire is probably driven by nostalgia. I agree, for Silva and Milan it's too late. He's be expensive and Romagnoli is on his way to world class while Bonucci is there. Our backups are decent, no need for an aging and expensive 3rd wheel.

Benevento are being robbed of 2 clear penalties. Inter omg, how can you not love them for the satisfaction they give you when you watch them play

More than I expected, but there's never really enough when it comes to rape.

Won't be enforced tough, right? The sentence is in Italy I assume and I'm curious to see how his Turkish club will handle it. Hope they fly him out to Italy

I just looked up - that's news from November. Why did you post it now? :monto:

i probly missed the news back then, and saw this http://www.milannews.it/gli-ex/robi...ro-il-giudice-dispregio-per-la-vittima-286027 today, which is more of about him being an asshat than the actual verdict.
tbh he never seemed a clever person. Thats why he fucked up his career, im not buying the "adaptation" bullshit.

Oh yeah he clearly thinks above the law because, let's be real, he probably won't be extradited from Brazil because they treat him like some Saint. They probably don't even think he's innocent, but rather just give a fuck about him breaking laws.

I just hope he gets his punishment sometime despite his money and all. Definitely a stain on society.

Isn’t it just against lazio?

Very important question but damn it either way!

Can someone confirm: Will the next yellow on Bona leave him out vs Lazio and not Inter??

next yellow on Bona will not leave him out

the only player that would miss next league game if booked is Bonucci

edit: this of course is what Neruda wanted to say, but writing "Bon" made Sognatore and probably others believe it was Bonaventura

A Chinese club offered between €35-40M to sign André Silva in January but Milan turned the offer down. Jorge Mendes is unhappy and wants him to be sold in the summer but Milan have not given him the green light and want to count on him [Fabrizio Romano]

No we know it is bonucci, but it is just we ( I ) thought that yellow card would make the player miss the next copa OR league match

It's league 100%

btw, Sognatore wrote "Bona", Jasper quoted without correcting him, so it seemed to me they were talking about Bonaventura.

There could be some positive news off the field for AC Milan fans as they prepare for tonight’s big Serie A showdown against Roma at the Stadio Olimpico.

According to Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera, the Rossoneri will record a positive half-yearly statement of their accounts despite the recent claims that club owner; Yonghong Li has actually been declared bankrupt.

According to La Repubblica today, CEO Marco Fassone is about to undertake a refinance package that will cover not only the 120 million that the club owes to hedge fund, The Elliot Group, but also part of the debt already collected by Li. In short, Fassone will try to reach a deal on a 300 million bailout.

The reason for this, the journal states, is that Fassone is talking to an Arab real estate company called the Alohakair Group. The company is involved in property development in the Sesto area and is understood to be in collaboration with Russian billionaire Alisher Usmanov , believed to be the fifth richest Russian in the world.

Alisher Usmanov 13.2 billion. We could be friends with Russia...
