4-2-3-1 Lets do it.

Its proven to be versatile, effective both in attack and defense. Obviously it depends on if we get Ljajic and Honda. Otherwise it won't work considering the player we have right now won't be able to pull it off.

In actual games, not some shitty website
he plays AM and can drift wide to both sides. He is by no means limited to cutting in or using his right foot only

4231 is the way to go.. I'd love to see us to copy Zaccheroni's attacking set up, and let Allegri deal with the defence and double pivot

We cannot play 4-3-3 with Montolivo, DJ and Poli/Muntari/Nocerino.
We need to start playing Robinho as an AM and El Shaarawy as a SS. Something like:

Abate - Zapata - Mexes - De Sciglio

Monto - DJ - Poli/Boateng/Muntari

Robinho
--------- El Shaarawy
----- Balo

Robinho will bring creativity. I'm saying start Robinho cause I don't believe we're going to bring new players this summer. Not one of Eriksen, Ljajic, Honda anyway.

is what i think too.
2 strikers.. put robinho on the team.. allegri is relying on kids.. he cant do that.. robinho is not exactly a example of leadership or smt.. but he is what we got to use in the attack system.. not niang or petagna.

I don't know if after Matri and Boateng already another transfer happened, but assuming it didn't, then we'd have right now for example this:

El Shaarawy, Balotelli
Saponara
Muntari, De Jong, Montolivo
De Sciglio, Mexes, Zapata, Abate
Abbiati

I feel like that attacting trio could do nice things. Honda probably in januari, right? Hopefully Saponara is ready for CL!

With our current players after losing Boateng/No Honda till Jan I say we play 442.

SES - Balotelli
Robinho - De Jong - Montolivo - Poli
De Sciligo - Mexes - Zapata - Abate

No need to force anyone out of position, no need to get Kaka and pay his stupid fees. Plenty of defensive cover and dangerous wingers. When Honda comes or if we get another 100% trequrista (not some converted striker/midfielder) then go back to 4312.

Well i am pleased with Matri and especially kaka . Finally we have a WC AM . I am also pleased with the midfield . In defence , we have strong wingbacks but in the middle we might be a bit weaker but considering sakho cost liverpool over 20 million , i think we are ok as we are . Mexes-zapata can d the job .

This is what I would do and I can see us fielding that. Allegri already said that if Kaka arrives we can play 433. And we all know it wont be a 433 but more of a 4321 with Kaka as a AM/RF and stephan something between an SS/LW
Only thing I'd change is Monto on right and Poli on the left.

With Kaka and Matri, Allegri definitely has a lot of formations to choose from...and I hope he shows some flexibility towards the players.

We have the players to play with:

3-5-2-1
4-1-2-1-2

Max definitely has enough quality at his disposal to really do some damage in the CL this year and fight for the Scudetto!

Yes this is exactly how our "starting squad" should be!! Definitaley one of the strongest in Seria A.
Let´s see if Allegri will field this formation probably not how always -.-

Defensive and counter-attacking football is the best.
4-2-3-1: strong, fast, quick, deadly, simply efficient and effective.
4-2-3-1 is my favorite formation, unless we have flood of talents like some years ago.
I think the best formation to unleash the resource of crazy talent is 4-3-1-2. Players get more freedom to express their skills.

Well our attack is awesome . The midfield is also quite strong but lacking a bit of depth . At the back our cb's is the weakness of the side but as allegri said there wasent a ton of players better than mexes-zapata available at a reasonable price . Since mexes-zapata have been playing together for the past 6 months i think we are ok there (with silvestre and zaccardo as cover) . We can now use plenty of different formations since the depth of the team is pretty good:
GK: Abbiati , Amelia
RB: Abate, Zaccardo, De sciglio
Cb: Mexes, Zapata, Silvestre, Zaccardo, Bonera, Vergara
LB: MDS, Urby, Constant
RM: De jong , Poli, traoré
CM: Montolivo, Cristante ( i think we didint add another midfielder yesterday because we have faith in bryan)
LM: Muntari, Birsa, Constant
AM: Kaka, Saponara
SS: SES, Binho, Niang
CF: Balotelli, Matri, Pazzini

I am actually quite pleased with our centerbacks . I know they arent gr8 but we do have good depth at the position . Mexes-Zapata with silvestre and Zaccardo as depth (waiting for Bonera) is pretty decent . I wouldint even be suprised if we see a Mexes-Silvestre tandem sometimes.
