yes it does. if we keep this up till the end of the season serie a will have the 4th CL spot for 16/17 (and by that I mean, whoever finishes 4th in the 16/17 season in serie A will play the CL quali) :thumbsup:

No that is not true we'll have the 4th CL spot in the 16/17 season. But of course you have to finish that season first to see effectivly 4 Serie A clubs playing in the CL.

Like I said before - it everything stays like it is now - whoever finishes 4th in the Serie A season 16/17 will play the CL quali game in the CL season 17/18

whoever finishes 4th in 2016/17 will be in CL for 17/18

Are you sure ?

From what I understood , it is based on the 5 previous coefficients.

So for season 16/17 , it is based on 11/12 , 12/13 , 13/14 , 14/15 and 15/16.

And so far Italy is still behind.

No it is not. As of now Serie A is 3rd ranked for the 16/17 Season

at the Start of the Season 16/17 the Points will be:
Serie A: 51.582
EPL: 51.159

Like I said, as of now! Serie A Clubs will have to keep on outperforming EPL Clubs or at least compete with them for us to have the 4th Spot in the 16/17 Season.

Also, if we manage to get this season 2,5 more Points then germany - serie A would be 2nd place in the 5year ranking. It dosn't give us an extra spot but it is good for prestige :D

All you guys are wrong

first of all, the earliest the Serie A can have 4cl spots is 2017/18 because the spots for 2016/17 are already divided. Unless an Italian team will win the EL this season.

if the Serie A wants 4cl spots in 2017/18 they'll have to catch up with the bpl or bundesliga this season and not the next one. So let's hope the English teams will leave the competition asap so we'll at least have a chance.

atm for the spots in 2018/19 the Serie A has a small lead over the bpl. But this lead was already achieved last season. Let's not forget this season (2015/16) ain't over yet + there will be another whole season (2016/17) that will count. So besides a lead, nothing has been achieved yet.

I believe that is for the 17/18 and we will still have to outperform them next season too.
