To whom this may concern,
The football world is facing the greatest corruption case ever. Please note that the football corruption that took place in Turkish super league is the smaller part of the corruption. The actual corruption took place pursuantly in Turkish Football Association, Turkish Prime Minister's personal actions and, the most surprisingly, in excessively protracting approach of UEFA.
Here are the facts:
- Fenerbahçe club finished 2010-11 leage in the first rank with 82 points. Trabzonspor club finished with 82 points, only with a lower goal difference. Bursaspor ranked third with 61 points and the rest of the clubs ranked below with lower points.

- By the beginning of the second half of the league, Trabzonspor was the leading team with 9 points ahead of Fenerbahçe.

- However, Fenerbahçe extremely surprisingly won all rest of the matches and drew in one match only. This was a kind of local record, by which Fenerbahçe could rank the first by the end of the league with the goal difference. This is how Aziz Yıldırım, the president of Fenerbahçe could keep his chair as he had been elected president for his promise to be champion 3 consecutive times, in 2 of which he already failed.

- Fortunately, a new law on football corruption was adopted in 2011 and all outstanding officials of the leading clubs were being monitored by legal prosecutors under the newly adopted regulations.

- By July 3, 2011, the monitoring was completed and the judgement for the corrupters began, so Turkish Football Federation took the necessary action in light of the evidence.

INVOLVEMENT OF TURKISH FOOTBALL FEDERATION'S PRESIDENT
- However, Mehmet Ali Aydınlar, the president of Turkish Football Federation was a well-known supporter of Fenerbahçe and a well-known financial supporter of Fenerbahçe's volleyball branch.

This fact can also be confirmed by Aziz Yıldırım's declaration, in jail, that Mehmet Ali Aydınlar would not be allowed to be elected president for Fenerbahçe.

- The Etchical Board, appointed by TFF's management, issued its first report, according to which Fenerbahçe was involved in 7 football corruptions, including match-fixing, whereas Trabzonspor was involved in none. However, ETHICAL BOARD'S REPORT HAS NEVER BEEN APPLIED.

PERSONAL INVOLVEMENT OF THE PRIME MINISTER OF TURKEY
- The other fact is Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the prime minister of Republic of Turkey is not only a supporter of Fenerbahçe, but a congress member of Fenerbahçe club; a position that has the right to vote for in the club's general meetings.

- DURING THE CORRUPTION PROSECUTION, THE NEWLY ADOPTED LAW ON FOOTBALL CORRUPTION WAS AMENDED! The penalties were significantly lowered.

INVOLVEMENT OF THE LATTER TFF PRESIDENT
- In February 2012, president of TFF resigned, though his management had not managed to conclude the corruption process or punish the corrupting clubs in any way. In the election, he was replaced by Yıldırım Demirören, president of Beşiktaş club, which was also prosecuted on charge of match-fixing in the cup final match in order to join European matches.

- In a UEFA conference held in March 2012 (while TFF could not still decide on the corruption), Recep Tayyip Erdoğan himself declared to UEFA officials, including Platini, that he wanted Fenerbahçe not to be punished for the corruption, but only the relevant club officials to be punished in person. Though Platini, in the same meeting, stated that it was against UEFA's policy, the outcome has been just as demanded by Recep Tayyip Erdogan until now.

- Newly elected Demirören appointed a new board regarding the corruption investigation, because the former report became obsolute upon election of a new TFF board. Newly appointed board issued the second report on the corruption. According to the report, 3 officials of Fenerbahçe had committed corruption in favor of Fenerbahçe, but Fenerbahçe was however not guilty. TFF adopted the second report and punished the individuals only. Fenerbahçe club did not receive any punishment.

- By the beginning of July, Turkish Court trying the penal case issued its judgment. According to the judgment, Aziz Yıldırım and some other officials of Fenerbahçe had committed the crime of football corruption. In particular Fenerbahçe's president Aziz Yıldırım committed match-fixing 4 times and financial incentive 3 times. Note that the court also found him guilty for leading a criminal gang operating in football.

INVOLVEMENT OF UEFA
- Firstly note that UEFA vice president Şenes Erzik is a known supporter of Fenerbahçe club. He was one of the people that were expected to be candidate for presidency of Fenerbahçe in 2007.

- Against TFF's procrastination in the corruption investigation process, a large majority of Turkish football audience started a Clean Football campaign, as a part of which innumberable emails were sent to UEFA and other concerning entities. Şenes Erzik's reaction to the email campaign was on the newspapers. He asked people to stop the email campaign and stated that he was having hard days because of those emails.

- Surprisingly -though not so surprisingly for those who know the limits of corruption in Turkey- UEFA procrastinated in reaching a decision about the corruptions involved by Fenerbahçe in 2011.
- The evidencing records were released in July 2011. The first ethical report, finding Fenerbahçe guilty for multiple corruptions, was issued on August 2011. The second etchical report, finding 3 Fenerbahçe club officials guilty for corruption, was issued in May 2012. Lastly, Turkish court's final judgment, finding Fenerbahçe officials guilty for multiple crimes of corruption, was issued by the beginning of July.
- In spite of all these documents in support, the fact that UEFA disciplinary committed is not bound or subject to any of them for making its own decision and the fact that the most favorable decision for Fenerbahçe ever issued finds that 3 football corruptions were committed in favor of Fenerbahçe, UEFA disciplinary organ has been, for more than 1 year, unable to decide whether to ban Fenerbahçe for the second time.
- As a result, Fenerbahçe club joined the lottery for Champions League qualifying rounds and apparently IT WILL PLAY IN EUROPE DESPITE ITS CORRUPTIONS THAT WERE FOUND BY ALL CONCERNING AUTHORITIES.
- As for UEFA; the disciplinary investigation goes on for an indefinite time, maybe forever.
