The talent in Paqueta is noticable but his weaknesses were too much. After one full season he was too behind in development. He might pull an Aubameyang-like explosion later in his career but Milan had no reason to wait for him.
Calabria was shit and everybody rightly wanted him out. Now after one months of his current trend, he's consistently performing at top level. Indeed he was lucky to get such chance to redeem himself, but that's life. Things changes and we move on.
It's too early to tell what is going to happen with Rebic's form but at least he played a major role in our comeback to the top of Serie A.
Shitting on those players is just pathetic
How do you spend 38m in a young player only to sell 1 year later, isnt young project meant to grow youngsters for long term and not always aiming for imediate results?
Tonali is now performing worse than Paqueta, at least Paqueta was a fighter in defensive system, should we sell Tonali in summer?
The truth, I?ve been supporting Kessie when most of you wanted his sale to West Ham for 25m, because you weren?t convinced with his results after one year.
If we followed this bancrupty bussiness, investing in young players only to sell then for peanuts a year later, we would have never seen today?s results. Kessie wouldn?t have been this player, neither Hakan, Leao or any other.
Unfortunately we lost a world class talent - Locatelli and another good player - Paqueta.
