I want to see:

Gigio; Conti, Musacchio, Romagnoli, Laxalt; Kessie, Bakayoko, Paqueta; Castillejo, Piatek, Hakan

With Reina (If fit), Calabria, RR, Biglia (for Kessie, Bakayoko to RCM), Suso, Cutrone and Borini coming in for the midweek away game at Lazio.

But likely Rino will play his usual team with Castillejo for Suso.

Could we test a 4-4-2? Have Cutrone slightly ahead of Piatek, Hakan left, Samu right, Baka and Kessie mid?

Let Paqueta rest, swap in for Cutrone if needed.

Suso has stagnated the last few months into his predictable routine. Hopefully Samu can perform and make it tough for Gattuso to keep starting Suso every game.

Since 11th of November, Suso has scored 1 goal and assisted 0.

That's ONE goal in 13 games, most of them full 90 minute matches.

You think one good performance from Samu is going to change Rino's mind?

As long as Rino is here, Suso is untouchable.

Stick to the same team, play the same style. We have 14 finals in the league from now, no easy games especially not against teams trying to avoid relegation.

Gattuso could decide to start Cutrone against Empoli and there are three different solutions:

1) Cutrone starting on the right wing with Piatek and Calhanoglu

2) Cutrone starting ahead of Piatek

3) 4-4-2 along with Piatek

Piatek doesn't look jaded or anything, he should start. If we don't go with a 4-4-2 variant, than there's no reason to start Crutone. ( we should sub him in though, for at least 20 minutes)

I really hope we attack. In terms of personnel and mentality

It is a home match against a smaller team regardless of form.

We tend to have issues playing against teams that defend in numbers.

Regardless of whether we play Cutrone wide or up front with Piatek we need to push forward with incision. I want Conti, Laxalt and Samu to start with them. Get an early goal then tear them a new one on the break.
