From what I read Gabriel's injury will take longer than expected... probably until November before he gets back... plus goalkeepers have a harder time finding their best shape after injury.
If Gabriel is ready in January, we'll sell Amelia and keep Abiatti, Gabriel and Coppola.

Well, my impression is that Gabriel was being groomed for the position by playing some games this year and then gradually playing more games... but this injury is a setback... I'm sure we'll find a goalkeeper if Gabriel is not ready, or we'll keep Abiatti
(I hope that they don't keep Amelia as 1st... while I think he's undervalued in his skill, I don't think he communicates/organizes the defense well)

he should give this guy serious playing time and bench abbiati! its not a problem that he may cause us lose some points in championship race as abbiati is doing this so far and with great success plus he does not have any space for improvement contrary to gabriel.
