we don't have surnames. it's usually my name :-)g:lau) followed by dad's name (Moosa). sometimes, there's a name before the main name (Mohamed for me).

yea some Warabs (wannabe Arabs) name their children like that but we usually just cut off the 'bin'.

my littlest cousin is named Ismail Izkhan bin Mohamed.

that has nothing to do with being wannabe you silly boy. that's how it is in islamic naming (or what ever the term is).

Ok guys so clearly I'm old + irrelevant atm. I would like my old buddy Sage to recommend me some anime that's good

I'm an old Rurouni Kenshin, Gode Geass, DBZ, Cowboy Bebop, techoman, Gundam wing, deathnote fan and bleach n00b. I demand an update to satisfy im inner anime/manga cravings.

since you like Kenshin,

no Samurai Champloo? same team as Cowboy Bebop. only anime. as long as Cowboy Bebop (20 episodes?) iirc. if you liked Bebop, I'm 99% sure you'd like Champloo.

and since I gave you an anime-exclusive, how bout a manga-exclusive - Vagabond? brilliantly realistic take on Musashi Miyamoto, most famous swordsman in Japan. 300 chaps (on-going, but on a long hiatus), excellent critical reception, must read if you're a sword action fan.

Basilisk is awesome too. real ninja (coughnoorangejumpsuitscough) action.
