Should have been a red since the referee decided that it was intentional.
Neymar probably could have got a second yellow card, easily. Grabbing the referee's shoulder and trying to argue right after the yellow card, and his display of frustration by punching the ball a minute later. With a tough referee, it could have been another yellow already.

You have a good point... But tbf to Neymar he does carry the burden of the nation and more often than not he does deliver the goods. He is a worthy captain imo.
