But under the circumstances that he develops in accordance with his current hype, of course.
Given the players that would be around him in the coming years, if he were to arrive, I don't see how he could positively grow towards his potential with a squad that lacks in proper leaders. Players and a manager that can really show him the ropes.
I think this is the problem with our so-called "youth project". It should have began 4 years ago, through slow and gradual implementation of fresh and talented players.
But instead we have a complete overhaul from on season to another, getting rid of about 10 players, 4 or 5 being the faces of Milan for quite some time, and think we can start from scratch.
If there was any foundation to have built on, it was our squad 4 or 5 years ago. Pato and Antonini are examples of what I am talking about. Too bad Pato is shattering not only his fitness, but our hopes and dreams. And Antonini is Antonini.

But yeah he is young, Everton and Arsenal were also after him (though after seeing him in trail Wenger decided not to sign him), FM Prodigy ,maybe he can become something.
