Well, I can't physically make the changes myself. I can fund them. But funding isn't the issue on either side of the bargaining table...

If it were up to me, I'd outsource the work it would take to actually make the changes.

My offer is out there. It's out of my hands at this point

Btw- I'm taking today and tomorrow off and I'm on a 4 hour flight with wifi, so... I'll be checking in on you for the next few, Mr Pharaoh.

If the General makes no change to his offer and continues to refuse to show proof of his money, the deal is not going to happen.

David is convinced that the General is a serious man and a serious investor, but the facts need to back this up as well.

One day and a few hours left. Things aren't looking good at the moment, but we'll keep our fingers crossed.

Proof. Like statements and documents. At this point, even though we believe to the utmost sincerity that you are a genuine and serious person, we have no proof.

Due diligence can only happen after documents are transferred from buyer to seller. We don't want to waste our time anymore.

You and De Nuttella being mods was part of the deal.

That was one of the sticking points of the negotiations.

We all thought you did the right thing with the LC situation.

My offer still stands though. Ownership and forum enhancements along with new blood for mods.

It's the right way to go.

I doubt the LC situation would have made me mod. Either way General im not opposed to you buying this forum and instituting the changes you wanted. But you cant say its not comical how everything turned out. We can draw so many parallels to Milan in this forum

With that said, I want to make it clear. I have a legitimate offer with multiple tiered options. Its open ended. I'm not the one saying no.

Also, yes... You were to be a mod. You're sincere, you handled the bullshit when you rejoined and I think you'd be fair in your decision making. If that's what locked up the deal, so be it. I stand by my offer that included you in it.

De Nutella is more of a lock though. The kid has the X factor.
