Are we not ment to start a thread on this, or has no one come around to it???

......all Milan need is the one point to secure the top spot ahead of Barca in this one as we have a better head-to-head record and thus set up a possible match with Real Madrid, Arsenal or Bayern.

Some people said the next round will be drawn again. If it's so, Milan can rest the first team.

frankly speaking... i dont really care about this match... just hope not to lose... plus this is a wonderful time to field in the bench-warmers from the start... and prepare for the fiorentina's match!!!

To tell you the truth I realy don't care if we are first or second. If you want to win the CL you have to pass a strong team sooner or latter so It does not matter to me if we play chelsea now or later. To tell you the truth I want Milan to play with a strong oponent in the next faze.

Haha, nope maybe when they come to London. Glasgow is too far. ;)

To be honest I feel that we will loose this game. I know it might matter on us finishing top, but Celtic have something to proove before their home fans and have to fight for their pride to get into Uefa.

Prediction: 2-1 Celtic.

Milan boss Carlo Ancelotti has demanded that his side win Group F by collecting a result at Celtic.

The Rossoneri are already through to the last 16 of the Champions’ League but the tactician wants to stay ahead of Barcelona.

"This is a very important away game for us," said the tactician. "We need to win the group, especially as it will give us a psychological advantage over Barcelona."

The Italian giants have a two-point lead over the Nou Camp outfit with just one group game remaining.

"My team? I could make changes to the starting XI but not necessarily in attack," added the Coach. "Whoever plays will certainly have the ability to do well.

"Celtic will make it very tough for us and with the support of their fans, I expect a physical clash."

Vice-president Adriano Galliani is also keen for his club to put in a good display in Glasgow.

"We are calm going into the game as we have no fears of being eliminated," he stated. "But this is an important test against a noble club.

"Winning the group has its advantages in the knock-out stages so we mustn’t lose on Tuesday night."

Meanwhile, Ancelotti was asked to comment on the Scudetto race between Milan and his former club Juventus.

"It is mainly a psychological battle and it will last a long time," he continued. "It is tough to say who is in better shape right now.

"This midweek European trip will do us well though as it will give us a little break from Serie A."

ALWAYS THE SAME OLD STORIES BY THE COACH : )

celtic will play and they have nothing to lose since they are
already out of champion league so I think they will play good
and defencef way so I think milan need to attack and attack
and I think we will win 2-1

Celtic is still fighting for UEFA spot.
Actually I think we should put more emphasis on defense. A draw is all we need. No sence in tiring out the team if the game is not important (contrary to what Ancelotti might say).

Probable formation tonight. Very few fans travelling I will be in South Stand Milan section. Celtic got to prove themselves and will go for it , no sweat if we lose but nice to win here for sake of Oriundi. Last time Milan at Parkhead I saw Prati hit winner and we went on to win against Ajax in final.

Thanks for that estucaz.
It's even further than I thought It was!
Nevertheless, my prediction was only 100 miles off. lol, I could have ended in Lockerbie or something.
I just realised that a massive map of UK on my wall shows the distance from major cities. D'oh, it says 402 miles. :)

CAN SOMEONE TELL ME FOR CERTAIN IF THE SEPERATION OF TWO TEAMS IN THE TABLE WITH THE SAME POINTS IS BY HEAD TO HEAD OF GOAL DIFFERENCE.......

Everywhere i read they say Milan need to WIN to secure top spot...so obviously it must b on goal difference???
