Just 48,466 people came through the turnstiles for the first home game of the season, which should have attracted both hardcore fans and football tourists to see some of the biggest names in world football.

The last time, Real played in front of such a paltry Santiago Bernabeu crowd was the final home game of the 2008-09 season ...

RM fans are known to be entitled plastics, but I'd be angry with perez as well with the way he's dismantling the team.

Camp Nou (wiki -> capacity - 99,354) filled with 52.356 fans against Deportivo Alaves so its like 55% but media made story about RM and CR7 because they split :lol:.

Pretty sure low attendance for both has a lot to do with game times being very late in the day and also the early start of the season. A lot of people in Spain are on vacation in the middle of august.

Barcelona hero Ronaldinho would like to see Lionel Messi's No10 shirt retired by the club.

Ronaldinho played with Messi for four seasons and insists Barca will never see another player like him.
