god that "concert" was awkward. the vickie part was funny but it was so forced.

doesn't he understand no one gives a fuck about dwayne johnson, we wanna see the rock.
if people cared about dwayne then the tooth fairy would be the biggest grossing movie ever.

it's like austin coming back driving a Toyota Prius, wearing a suit, drinking wine and talking like William Regal. :head:

he will def take over.
vince likes him and shane has left WWE to run some other non wrestling company so he is the logical choice to run it with stephanie.

HHH knows the wrestling business and is surrounded by guys that really know what they are doing like dusty rhodes, hayman, jim ross, hayes and arn anderson.

as an on screen personality I digg him, he could be a real believable badass which might come in handy if and when wwe goes back to a more adult product.

but I belive HHH is a muscle mark like vince so guys like ryback will always get pushes.

I liked that movie cos of Stephan Merchant. That accent is absolutely fantastic. But that voice acting in Portal 2 - my god FANTASTIC JOB

How is that film not top grossing is beyond me :head:

Because the product is PG and what our generation wants is the past , ask a wrestling fan from the 70's 80's 90's they'll always think it was better in my time .
I'm not saying that the 98-01 period wasn't better but there was a giant load of shit back then too.

Nostalgia is a dangerous thing , I always preferred WCW up until mid 98 and with no blood cursing or profanity WCW was very good.
Being PG isn't solely the problem nowadays the writing is , they all bar a few look like they are reading a script word for word and its because they are.

yeah there was a whole lot of shit inbetween stone cold beer trucks and rock promo's

the scripted nature of WWE is what makes the product so lame.
they don't trust the wrestlers anymore either in the ring or on the mic.

It was PG but with a bit of room for manoeuvre.
similar to WWE now in terms of the amount of violence you see but when you did see blood you knew it meant something.

WCW was wrestling with storylines but WWE now is storylines with wrestling.

WCW couldn't go all out adult to compete with the attitude version of WWE because bischoff had to answer to turner execs who were against the idea.
when they did finally give wcw the all clear wwe was winning comfortably and it was too little too late.

Bringing Christian and Angle was still considered a good business (Christian being underappreciated in WWE, Angle was still "match-fit" but wanted a lighter schedule).

I only watched the highlight of UFC (only those few that are available on youtube :lol:

). Don't really feel like watching guys hugging it out for several minutes before things get real and they start beating each other.

The only UFC matches that I watched are Randy Couture making a quick work on someone (who i didn't know) not long after The Expendables was on theatre.

Its decided what will happen, but its entertaining.

do they plan the outcome of matches where the title or say a streak like undertakers is on the line?feels so lame imo + some title matches finish up so easily,guyz dont push each other to the limit of say the taker vs the game match(taker broke the pin after a SCM+pedigree combo :eek:
