I might be wrong, but I'm pretty conditions to hold a WC in 1986 were fairly different to holding one nowadays.

Going back to PS courses, instating the term FIFA-State. It's just slightly better than a narco-state. But its all too negative.

Anyone with the smallest knowledge of Qatar knows they don't have enough work force to construct all the necessary buildings for a World cup, so they had to use immigrants and again with one fast review of their laws the current situation could be easily predicted.

It's great to involve different areas of the world in hosting the World cup but slavery is a far greater issue.
