so how much does Rui, Nesta, Sheva, Gila, Pippo was bought according to your Internet, I don't think it's that different.. you're saying their under 10 million??

For the start Inzhagi wasnt worth or neither paid any where around £28M-£30M mark. For that money you lot would've got Zidane himself.

http://www.skysports.com/football/player/0,19754,11863_32622,00.html

Kaka's Transfer saga: Manchester United already had tie ups with Sao Paulo and Sporting Lisbon as our feeder clubs. He was first tracked by Carlos Querioz to replace Beckham as a right sided attacking midfielder. Milan offered somewhere around £6-7M initially and unwilling to add £3M more to match United's bid or match the initial wage that was offered by United.

With the FA two year full international rule in place, Kaka was to be loaned out to Lisbon for a season he can start for United whilst he had the option of starting for Milan immediately. With better life style and immediate first team football at a big club rather spending a season on loan at Lisbon Kaka preferred Milan over United...Berlu was able to land him. Berlu for all his prattlings wasnt even aggressive enough to shell out few extra quids for the footballer who later played a significant role for Milan in reaching the two CL finals.

Bottom line being Milan are ANY other Italian clubs for the matter aint as aggressive in the transfer market as they were they were in the 90's - whilst in the 90's they paid the premium to get world class footballers. For Milan what ever wins they have managed in Europe with bit part footballers and rejects from big clubs was a bonus compared to failures of both Juventus and Inter Milan in Europe with more fancy named players.

Milan were never a selling club before they got rid of Shevchenko and its also beggars belief to expect Berlu to reinvest the money back. He is continuing to do what he was doing, chanced his luck for long and it has imploded earlier than he had expected.

it's your money i can not tell u what to do with them but since u do not invest please don't allow yourself the arrogance of criticising the last good thing in milan. What's the matter mister big Pm u found someone with balls who opposes u and u try like a thug to get rid of him? You'll never be half of the man leo is. I used to respect u but because of the way u treated leo u lost my respect and i know that u don't give a shit and that's ok cause u are not to be taken serious you're a joke nowadays and leo earned something that all your money can't buy and that's a little thing called respect. For the perspective that milan has with u i wouldn't do shit for the perspective milan has with leo i would pass through fire. He may not be the best tactical coach out there but he's one of the best persons out there tactics u can learn how to show and be shown respect never. First of all a great coach is a great person for whom the players would die and that's leo.

The managing director of AC Milan, Adriano Galliani is confident show for the trip to Genoa, "Supporters of Genoa Milan that will all be identifiable, and I hope that all goes well." Regarding the decision, Galliani stresses that "the Interior Ministry has taken and I do not by the decisions of others. However the trip is reserved for holders of Heart Rossonero, and are therefore identifiable. The Rossoneri manager then reminded everyone that "thing happened in 1995 but who had committed serious murder was tried and convicted, so they can not pay for all eternity for someone to blame."

Galliani.. The guy just gets on my nerves.. Sometimes, he makes comments that want to make me rip my hair off..

And although he's basically a nice guy, I don't think Leonardo was actually ready to be Milan coach.. He should have remained a scout, and a good one at that too.. Against Inter in January, when we were playing very well, coming off good wins and playing well, he changed the whole formation for that match and played 4-5-1, leaving a lot of players clueless, when he really didn't need to, and then against the 4-5-1 of Manchester United playing with two wingers looking for any opportunity at crosses with Rooney in the middle scoring headers at will and in the form of his life, he had the team playing 4-2-1-3 with Favalli at left back.. And consequently, we gave away 6 out of the 7 goals to crosses from wide areas. And each and every one of those goals had Manchester United players leisurely crossing the ball with nobody anywhere nearby to thwart it in any way.. And in the second half, he brought off a defender and brought on a midfielder, and we were playing like 3-3-1-3...

He's a good scout, strong yet lovable personality, but right now, I don't think he has the tactical nous to match..

That's what Milan fans mostly see!! He's just to lovable to hate, hell even Mourinho didn't have the heart to say bad things about Leo ;)

Do you ever wonder looking at our senators that Galliani is "gay with taste for middle aged man wearing shorts"?
The more Berlu backed off the more it became clear

Berlusconi Galliani tuning problems

"We bought Mancini," Mancini purchase useless needed a striker. " Leonardo is definitely at Milan, Leonardo is stubborn we are dealing with a new coach. " Now the quarrel Van Basten-Galli. Among Mr Berlusconi and Adriano Galliani For some time it seems there are problems with attendance or better line. As a struggling radio station and center in Milan you hear the annoying rustle up the failure line that overlaps two "channels": "Berlusconi radio" and "Galliani station. The umpteenth chapter offered by market rumors about coaches, notes that there is much to clarify in Via Turati. The owner said that his "hunting cries and wheat" , seems to want to have strong voice in the matter, the Rossoneri For answers instead of reflection, he then being the first to put his face in case of missing or poor results in serenity 'environment. Is clear, spreading pessimism would be criminal and unnecessary, surely right to note that there are differences that may lead to different scenarios. Someone whispered that already last year there was an exchange of views with Mr Berlusconi in love Cagliari Allegri and Galliani Ancelotti decided to focus on. The solution to the dispute was Leonardo, who now refer the matter to the parties. A sort of "stealing handkerchief, where the current Rossoneri plays the role of the judge. His confirmation (unlikely but not impossible), would postpone the issue but it is certain that the problem, if such can be considered, and must be resolved quickly. The market is coming (which is pale and dressed in a cherry), must be planned thereby avoiding, face ensembles which would prevent any economically move to the Rossoneri. Even the fans would start to see clearly, allowing them to decide whether to resign or to feed the glimmer of hope, even in those less happy moments saw Milan come out head-and decision.

Does Berlusconi know something about the economy we do not know? lol

I was just thinking about why we are bringing down our wage bill and not buying anyone. Does B know something society does not know in general, being PM of italy?

Do you guys think this is one of the reasons he may not of spent in recent years and is still quiet on this.

So does b know something that may effect us, or do you think its just them trying to get a better hold on finances?

I'm not sure about him forecasting the economic future, but his reluctance to spend is certainly linked to his time as holding the office of PM.

When he is in power, his economic transactions are heavily scrutinized and certainly limited. Not to mention that spending money on Milan reflects poorly on his leadership of the country in poor economic conditions.

When he is out of office.... well, the truth is we all know that he has had a comical list of legal troubles related to business over the years. While he has been proven innocent a great majority of the time, it's pretty clear to everyone in the world that he is involved in some business deals that at the least could be referred to as 'shady'. He can throw money at Milan a lot easier when he doesn't have the PD breathing down his neck.

The solution therefore for Milan?? Forza Bersani! ;)

I can understand him not wanting to spend his own money if Italy's public services need cash. But football clubs are run like any business - money in and money out. What's wrong with allowing Galliani to spend money received from ticket sales, shirt sales, advertising, player sales, etc. with his approval, of course?

It's the fact that nothing is explained to us and we keep hearing the same garbage recycled statements over and over again, the fans are fed up of this, we are tired of being fobbed off and being made to feel like idiots

The point here being irrespective of what the forbes and bloomberg report says no body is sure whether Berlusconi really has that much cash or whether he has abandoned the team. As always he goes for publicity stunts for bigging himself up, bit apprehensive when someone stirs up listing him as the second richest Italian.

Also if he sets his focus back he can resurrect Milan in couple of seasons, he knows more about football than all the coaches you have had in the last 10-15 years.

Galliani: 'Allegri is a Milanista'

Adriano Galliani hasn't exactly discouraged reports linking Serie A Coach of the Year Massimiliano Allegri with the Milan job.

Leonardo is expected to leave San Siro this summer to be closer to his family who still live in Brazil.

Mauro Tassotti and Filippo Galli are the favourites for the job, but Allegri is constantly mentioned in the same breath as the two in-house candidates.

Cagliari fired Allegri in April after he apparently became distracted by stories linking him with other higher profile jobs.

Speaking outside the Lega Calcio's offices in Milan, Galliani was asked about the Rossoneri's coaching situation and Allegri in particular.

“He is a Milanista, because he went on tour with us,” Galliani said.

Galliani is referring to when Allegri was invited to go on a tour of the United States with Milan while playing for Cagliari in the 1990s.

Milan's Coach at the time, Fabio Capello, decided against signing him after he was allegedly caught partying with some of the other players.

Galliani was also asked if Italy boss Marcello Lippi was under consideration.

“He is not a Milanista, but he is a friend,” Galliani concluded.
