Why did Borini get called up and not SES? Borini is a promising player too, but SES is clearly better than him at the moment. 7 goals as opposed to SES' 4 doesn't change that.

I have far less probably with Borrini getting called than Pazzini who has been garbage for a while. Di Natale would have a brace by now too

Pazzini might be in a poor form, but he definitely belongs in the NT with Rossi, Cassano and Balo out. It's not easy being a striker in Inter.

31 goals in 49 games for Holland and leading the German league in goals is quite a bit better than anything Borriello has ever done

he has been playing like garbage and has only 4 goals in 24 Italy caps. that sucks too. Di Natale over him is a total no brainer


and Monty misses an open goal...

Wales were robbed of a goal.

Old-skool offside trap from a set piece from Costa Rica, one person caught offside, not sure who, but he didn't interfere with play at all, and Earnshaw scored :(

Borriello did Belen and wears jorts with pride. Huntelaar wishes he could. Both suck though. Mediocre days, I'm glad they're over.

Downing is just shite. I don't know who's on the bench but I'll laugh if Carrick is available yet hasn't been picked. Pearce is a fucking ****** - he showed that at the last U21 tournament by playing Cleverley on the wing. Carrick's been great this season and has more intelligence/creativity in his left nut than every other England player on the pitch.

Cahil is massively overrated, even though he just scored :D

:lol: it's ok - think we've earned a draw though tbh, with no Bale, no Ramsey, crofts playing, and on a night like it was, then, it's understandable - that wasn't Wales playing tbh.

Wilshere isn't fit... but even if he was, is he really 'creative'? Scholes, Cesc, pirlo etc. he is not...

Well italy werent that bad but were really lacking quality upfront . Without Balotelli-Cassano-Rossi-Di natale , italy werent themselves . Italy's best players were : Ogbonna-Giovinco + Abate-Borini-Chiellini were solid coming off the bench . Marchisio was total crap , as was Matri .
