Yep, Dybala and Chiesa are the two that destroyed us - and without Dybala to set up the goals maybe we would've had a chance even with us missing half our squad. Sad to see us lose but given the circumstances it happens. With a fuller squad we win that every time.

Also, on the flip-side I think an Inter win isn't so bad as long as we win today. It keeps distance from the other sides - Juve, Napoli, Roma, Atalanta, Lazio - who are all further behind and 3 of them dropped points. Inter are bound to slip up in some game again, they always manage it against midtable teams. We just need to not do the same.

Their optimism is misplaced, when you factor in their perennial chocker status.

Juve with their noob coach in Pirlo, have a better chance to still win it solely due to squad depth, and actually having a winners mentality.

In contrast to Inter who have better squad depth on paper, we actually have a winners mentality, and that may just be enough to pull it trough in the end.

A draw yesterday would be a perfect result for us.

But it's always nice to see Pirlo destroyed.
Juve looked lost in defense and clueless in attack.

Seeing how Inter steam rolled them, we were probably too cautious.
Still have chance for Scudetto if Ibra comes back and is on form.

Stuff like that makes me laugh, i'm not bothered. They did the same with Roma, Napoli & Juve at several moments in this season. The one month they are scudetto contenders, the other month they do not have a chance at all. Imo we have been the most consistent team of the whole league since March and we barely had a game where we could field our best 11.

Barella was on fire vs Fiorentina.
With no cup and Europe commitments they will be near full strength (bar the ransom covid factor) with a fresh squad every week.

If we finish 2nd eventually will be a great outcome and anything below 4th would be a disaster given our current position.

Adding the 3pts from spezia... we shud be entering the most taxing period on 59pts... and say inter does lose to lazio... thats a 12pts lead.

I find myself checking the league table everyday and pinching myself that we're top of the table. For so long I'd have expected us to drop points against the bottom or mid table clubs in the table, constantly chasing for a 4th place and depending on results elsewhere. Now, other clubs are praying for Milan to drop points. What a massive shift. I doubted Maldini when he said this team was capable of such great results, almost convinced myself that it was a 4th place side. So proud of these lads.

Now I'm following the 4th spot, almost 10 points clear from being out of UCL contention, with just under half the season left to play.

Once again, just like vs us, Merda just threw out the ball in order to all jump the referee and pressure him to have a look at VAR. So pathetic. Once again there was no contact just like vs us, only difference is they managed to pressure the referee vs us to watch VAR and even give the pk without no contact whatsoever. Vs Juve right the referee wouldnt take any shit.

But honestly, to just throw out the ball and all jump the referee is absolutely insane. Such a donkey team. Lukakus mom probably didnt have a voodoo doll of Mariani this time

I can't fucking believe that this is allowed/not punished. I was furious when they did this in the Coppa.

And it seemed like when the game resumed, the ball was given back to merda which makes it even worse.
