I've fine tuned some things regarding this issue:
- Besi has been banned for one week starting right now
- Tsar's ban has been cut to one week starting yesterday, meaning six days from today
Besi, the mere fact that Tsar got a second chance implies that you give him a fair treatment. Starting a conversation with "you're shit" doesn't constitute fair treatment. Frankly, given the amount of insults Tsar got since he's back, I could've banned many members were I to follow the rules word by word. His behaviour has been much improved, although his character leaves much to be desired at times, such as yesterday, thus the temporary ban.
