With Borini, RicRod and Calhanoglu in that left side, it's actually quite balanced. Forget their starting positions on the pitch. Look at it from a functional point of view. Borini holds the ball, Rodriguez runs with the ball and crosses, Calhanoglu looks to thread the ball through to the forwards. You actually have a very well functioning flank.
