Rino would have suffered the same fate as Montella - if he had this group from day 1. It's been 5 years since we last finished in the top 4. That's fucking extraordinary! for all the wrong reasons.

I've always been a fan of Rino. Interesting to read posts from guys that were quick to negatively judge his arrival and now riding his dik. This management still has much to prove.

I feel for Gattuso to be successful as a coach at Milan for the long term (or the next 3 years at least), management is going to have to give him quality players. No more mediocre players that you have to coach up to improve their quality. He has the energy and motivation part down. I think it's about getting class players in now and he keeps them motivated to play at a high level.

The shelf life for coaches like Gattuso isn't long at a club with his personality. Players sooner or later tune you out. Happens all the time. Hopefully we at least get to make the most out of it and have some success along the way.

It puts an end to the speculation and closes the door on more experienced/expensive options that will soon be available. They should have confirmed Rino after a winning performance though. The timing is wrong after two disappointing results.

To be fair, we can't accuse Gattuso of being JUST a "grinta coach" until he's gone through a full season and has access to the tools that would show his tactical prowess or lack thereof....but I fear that he might be.

Sign usefull 30-40 mln players that can turn out great. Like jubve did in the beggining. Like we did with Bonucci who is top player, and with Roma who will become or maybe now is top player. Like Conti could turn out only if the leg should be ok. Like Kessie could be.

Also chances for players who are leaving, like Matuidi was. Like now Vidal is... Like Martial. But MArtial is 50mln player.

I think Belotti is nor target. Fighter and milanista, Rino will say yes. Im sure of this.

you honestly believe they are going to pay 100m plus for Griezmann? There are only 5 clubs that constantly are splashing the cash for those types of players: both Manchester clubs, Real Madrid, Barca, PSG.
