Kaka would be an upgrade, but he can't solve Milan problems by himself.

We have no midfield, we have 3 slots in midfield, and only one midfielder in the field: montolivo

We must sign a DM + kaka

Still, I don't think Merkel will become anything great. Reach Baroni's level or Cristiano Doni perhaps.

Good but not CL winning material, and yes, that's what I want. I know we're not there yet, but if we can sell Merkel to get someone like SES who, imo, has CL winning potential, then I say do it.

Too much responsibility on him but he has room for growth . Unfortunately this isnt applicable to half the fodder in the team and this is the real concern :lol:

Kaka is perfect for this team. We will be 50% better with a playmaker. Nocerino, Boateng, Pazzini, Pato can't play without one creative player... With Kaka and good DMF we would be better than Juve... I just hope Max won't start Yepes and Bonera over Mexes, Acerbi and Zapata anymore... I mean, Inter put two new guys into starting 11 immediately...

a far better choice for AM for this milan, boateng is just a brute, a 3rd runner who won't do well without an ibra type player.

a real shame, I really hope he comes back to Milan next summer, but I doubt it.

I don´t think kaka would play AM, more as SS instead of Robinho.

Merkel had horrible games at Milan, especially as CM, SES is good, but you can´t count on youth in hard times, nearly every relegation team aims to have more expirienced players to save their arse. The way we handled SES last season was perfect.

ses cl winning potential? he had some decent moments last season but from what i've seen he isnt going to become that great.

Lol, Boateng may be a brute, but going by that logic Merkel is a twig.

The only thing Merkel has over Boateng is passing and a 'tactical mind'. He's Busquets with blond hair. Boateng is so much more decisive.

-noc is a quality midfielder for Palermo but should be a sub in Milan
-Urby is a left midfielder & we don't play 4-4-2
-prince is not a cam

We don't have a midfield...a narrow diamond midfield should:
1- an anchor: ?
2- a playmaker: montolivo
3- a box to box: boateng
4- a attacking mid: kaka ( we don't have )

Every one is playing in wrong position!
