Idk man, I thought abate was mediocre except for two tackles towards the end.

Donna and romagnoli secured the 3 points, it’s a shame first half was only 1-0 should’ve been at least 2-0 with susos chance.

Piatek is useless because he doesn’t help with the buildup or link up and doesn’t get service.

Inter play Napoli away after their game against Chievo at home. Their last game is at home to Empoli. Hopefully Empoli still have a chance at that stage, so we should also want Udinese to drop points also. Inter need 5 points from their remaining 3 games.

Atalanta go to Juve next and then at 'home' to Sassuolo at the Mapei Stadium, also home to Sassuolo. Atalanta need 4 points from their remaining 2 games.

We play Frosinone at San Siro and then away to SPAL. We need 6 points.

T19 is pen box/25-30 yard player. This is why I hate Milan's version of 433, I seen this guy hustling and bustling in centre circle area and thats not his game. Give him 1-2s and through balls and short diagonals. I feel sorry for the guy with this supporting cast.

I can't tell you the last time I've seen anyone give Piatek a proper through ball :cry:

people may laugh but my theory is rr is better in faster game and unsuited for possession based game. he started the season well when we were playing quick passing football.

i don't know what happened to him because he was actually involved a lot when he started. same thing happened with pigsy.

first half was ok. second half, its ok to defend your lead but i just hate the way we defend. we just keep backing and backing till we reach our box giving others free pass in midfield.

Baka was immense after the circus against bologna. suso and hakan scored last two games, hopefully it gives them extra energy these last two games. both of them need to make off the ball movements and get inside the penalty area not just wait for the ball outside. none of them can actually get past their man so moving off the ball they can beat their man. which also means our midfield has to step up and control the play instead of relying on wings to dictate the tempo.

nice to see us grind out another win, good heart from the squad esp guys like Borini, Abate, & Romagnoli during the match. Really going to need to hope for some major slip ups from Inter and Atalanta. It really is a shame Juve have nothing to play for because if they still had something they'd prob beat Atalanta but now I don't know... we can only hope rn

We played a great first half. Makes me confident that we will do the same against Frosinone and SPAL. We should learn to keep it up the whole game and not get scared if we start to suffer a bit.

Atalanta is blazing form-wise. If the draw with Juve that might be it.

Have to hope Inter continue to just draw matches and we dont drop points at SPAL

We begin to struggle as soon as we get the lead instead of drawing some self-confidence from it. An issue I see us struggling with since years. Wasn't there a season where we were the team to drop the most points after a lead?

He is actually. If you pay attention when Piatek pressures a defender he does it alone while the rest are just standing. That it is not to pressure the other team.

i meant getting the ball, holding up, bringing others to play. he did that a lot before, now he focuses on movements for final ball which never arrive.
