Yeah, this should be a comfortable Milan win. Samp at the Marassi has been our bogey team for the past seasons, but I can't see us losing on Wednesday. 0-2 Milan.

I'd like to see; Gigio; Calabria, Kjaer, Gabbia, Theo; Krunic, Bennacer; Samu, Hakan, Rebic; Zlatan.

Kessie needs his well deserved rest and Krunic needs a chance to prove himself. If things go pear-shaped and the midfield looks shaky, bring Kessie on by half-time.

I don't think Roma are dropping 4 points in their remaining games unfortunately, so I don't think we'll get 5th, but I do think we'll finish 6th

You never know... Losing to Ladri and getting a draw vs Torino is doable. Lets hope

Anyway having 3 extra and easy EL games is not that bad, I mean serie A starts around the same time

Serie A starst 12 Sept, QL round 17 Sept I think, so means 2 games a week early in the season in Sept/Oct. As such we need good depth so we aren't tiring out the starters early on those EL games who can focus on the league.

Playing competitive games and being in shape early in the season when the rest of the teams are still on holiday mentally might be a blessing in disguise.

Pioli: "Can Tomori stop Lukaku? He is doing well, he has different characteristics from the others. But for technical and physical characteristics, Tomori is better at playing against Lautaro or Sanchez, he's fast but not that powerful to counter such attackers. He is intelligent, I'm happy with his performances. positive: leao, duarte, ibra, gabbia, hauge, donna?, krunic, rebic, hakan, theo?
