Something I will never understand.

Just for example:

"Allegri was terrible in his last season with a shite squad, we should never take him back"

"Pochettino is 14th with a CL final squad, get him whatever it takes"

It's not as simple as that but people damn sure try to make it like that.

There's no 'ideal' coach at this time. Milan's revival has to be considered one of toughest jobs in European football.

Do not show yourself as a 6th place team. We do not accept that kind of position - Paolo Maldini -

It's strange that Kessie isn't even in the squad for the Juve game. He's been playing crap but could be useful as a sub. It's not like the Milan bench is full of stars.

What's going on?

With a job so tough, Elliott should consider buying an entire squad and their coach.

I mean for less than 120 mil they could buy the entire starting team of Dynamo Zagreb and their coach. It's an instant team.

You instantly get to at least that level, which right now is quite better than Milan. I mean current Dynamo Zagreb is better than Atalanta who are top 4 in serie A.

There is no risk of players not fitting in the system or not working out.

In reality this probably wouldn't happen. But management could try a light version of the instant team: buy 4-5 of the best players from one team and also get their coach.

Pioli has decided to not change formation against Juventus and will enter the game with the usual 4-3-3

Probable lineup: Donnarumma; Conti, Duarte, Romagnoli, Theo Hernandez; Paquetà, Bennacer, Krunic; Suso, Piatek, Calhanoglu [Sky]

Conti against Ronaldo, it will be fun to watch.

All these stories about new formation and then boom, 433 again. With Suso, ofc, it's irreplaceable part of the team.

The difference Samu's pace made last game was sad.

As much as I like Hakan, his lack of pace and our general lack of speed in general is annoying.

Xhaka looks like his time is over at Arsenal. I think that he could help this team. He's not made for the Prem, the slower pace of Italy would suit him. I think Bennacer's future is more as a CM like Verratti.

We all ready saw it with Krunic. What a fresh brush of sir he's been. And he's coming from a relegated Empoli.

Kessie may explode and become Yaya Toure 2.0. It just won't happen here I guess. If we're perfectly honest he rarely was special with us, even with Gattuso.

Some posters are so insecure though..imagine getting banned 6 months or more prolly even for making a racial joke..................when ur from the same race ur joke is offending ( im 50% arab)
mods prolly wearing uniforms when they log into rnb

anyway...all is forgiven
prison changed me

lets kick out the fodder ...get experience in the team..good coach and we shall see results..no rush...the massive damage is already done..youngsters dont know this club..just chill and fix it
this team right now has 0 leadership...only nervousness..also no experience at all..no spine and no players that can change the game solo
first create a healthy environment and then put pressure..expect results maybe in 3/5 years if were not actually cursed by black magic

updated fodderlist and newplayer analysis:

calabria...been on the list for a good 2 years now
conti....pff sad story...look really bad right now
suso....newcomer to the list...its time to move on..his weak body cant handle the tempo even though he is skilled (in 1 thing but still he has skill)
duarte why waste 10+ mill on him?..gabbia is prolly better very soon..sell djalo for 5 who will increase in value ? and buy duarte ? who will be worth 3 mill in 2 years from now cause he is fodder)
castilejo..obviously
hakan.... disgusting useless player..works hard though...actually insane work rate for a offensive player...very innefective though in actual offense
krunic....not a world beater but atleast he has the skillset needed to play dynamic fast paced football...shouldve play over kessie
biglia...terminate contract and should consider quitting football or back to argentina
bennacer...amazing talent..should learn mezzala position quick cause he is unfit for cdm
leao...amazing talent
rebic...had decent hope for this guy...should be way more useful then casti en suso ..but he isnt so far
paqueta...poor guy ..hope we get a serious team quick before we lose big talents wich we cannot easily replace
BONA=rotation player..thats his potential ever since he joined the club

not sure:
kessie..why get a dumb player with strength when we can get a smart player and feed him chicken and make him pull weights every day..
being strong is very useful but not if ur that bad in footballing..but i feel he can improve alot with good players around him

maldini & boban & massara = overall not a bad job..im happy with the improvement in potential via bennacer leao paqueta mostly but they have failed to identify the problem : no experience or mental strength in this team..also why no top coach?
but they deserve more time though..too little sample size..most of the trashtalkers here are completely unrealistic and have no clue what actually goes on behind the scenes
directors literally control the destiny of the club id rather have the best of the best but if maldo boban is the best we can do so be it..they showed potential.. but they also showed big signs of being amateurs
also would easily bring borini in on RB
thats how bad our current rb are and atleast he brings mental strength and fire..not much skills required for wingback..mostly mental and physical power..and good cross ofcourse
ibra? add him asap...many people here will say he is too old (they said the exact same thing a year or 2 ago) but many people here are actually clueless...just like how people didnt want wenger for our shitty club atm but bayern wants him lmao

Mourinho would probably be the best available option for us atm. He's not good for long term, but will lay a solid foundation. Those who don't want him are the same who value GP

He is probably upset for being benched then dropped and not taking training during the week seriously and goofing off so the coach made an example of him.

On the lineup - going back to 4-3-Suso and playing that probable lineup seems like suicide; on the right, on the left and through the middle. I will just watch and hope players show some progress.
