Ibra seems to have motivated him to stay and fight for a spot in Milan. Rebic even sort of implied that himself in an interview from yesterday.
He's looking fitter and far more eager to prove himself.

These two good/great performances are putting Pioli in a dilemma that will end up with the mrkis and patoshevas raging and making death threats regardless of the option he takes.

Start all 4 of Rebic, Leao, Ibra & Samu and face the repercussions in the defensive phase?
Bench Ibra for "balance" and lose out on the targetman and most dependable goalscorer?
Bench one of Rebic and Leao?

leao has been hit and miss. during game, he disappears for long stretch. pioli would probably bench leao and start rebic and hakan for balance.

Conti involved in both goals; first a great low cross, then a nice pass forward. Rebic clinical.

Hear me out. I know it’s crazy and revolutionary. But what if we actually start Rebic who is the highest scorer of the three and on the best form. Ik ik it would be unheard of, no one would buy it. But it might just work.

He should start, as second-striker, in place of Leao. Not as left-midfielder.

He had a pretty poor game yesterday, but scored again. Unlike Leao, who has had 2 really poor games now without having a hint of the goal. Leao seems to be an intensely 'confidence' player. Sometimes he looks golden, sometimes just really poor.

Its like he doesnt understand his strengths. He is awesome as a completely flair-less packet of raw energy, but Ive seen so many times where he screwes it up by adding some fancy moves.
