I knew a girl who got engaged during high school....another one who's just 1 yr older than me (19) and also engaged...How do you think I feel ? ;)

I guess it depends on what culture you're from. Here in North America there's not a lot of pressure for early marriage, but in Brazil this might be different. Come to think of it, does anyone know how it is in South America ?

i live in a country quite alike in south america and people here have something about getting married early. girls at this age here don't really think about getting married yet.

but heck, if they wanna get married can we still do anything about it?! :)

;) ;)

not only engaged. getting marry after 1 year. OMG.
After 1 year of engagement. They've been dating for 5 years. Dunno what's more disturbing, marrying at barely 18 or starting a serious long-term relationship at 13

i seriously think that both are disturbing. 13 is quite young, in my country, 13 year olds are only little kids. And in my country, you are only allowed to get drriving license at 21. 18 is too young too. that is my what i think too. :D

people here can only get married officially at 23. but they can drive at 16 and get jailed at 18. but 13 and doing stuffs like that, i guess it's different. they're still kids and they still play and are still quite unruly.

Now there are alot of people (kids, actually) who start dating and getting into serious relationship real early.
Maybe at the age of ten or eleven, so...
Hey ppl, don't worry.
If it's a good marriage , it's not gonna be a bad marriage .
If it's a bad marriage, wait till they divorce and u girls out there can zoom in on him.

Smiling when the team's losing ... that wouldn't endear him to his team mates or coach.

But it would to the fans......unless he's responsible for the loss. :D

His fans are already smitten with him, he doesn't need to do much more.
As for non-fans + brazilian fans, they might want to smash his smile.

He sure needs alot of cheering the way brazil are playing in the confed cup.

He was pretty decent against japan.
But the whole team is needed to get results, not just one person.
Maybe he should try to resolve any differences with his teammates, if there's any.

Hm,, IMO he hasn't had a good tournament at all. Apply some pressure + tight marking + he's useless........... as harsh as it sounds

After a blazing first year, kakà has been kind of disappointing. I hope that next season he'll come back to his awesome form. It would be a huge shame if Kakà turns out to be a "one year wonder"!

kaka always plays it safe,he's a marketing man's dream.he wouldn't dare say anything that would be of upset(remember he had no recognition of the totti spitting incident- apparantly kaka was the only footballing person not to have seen or heard of it) its the thing that is actually irritating about him,he keeps his sponsers happy which is all well and fine - thats what he's paid for and of course he's not the only player to do so.I think he's more than willing to let adidas market him as their "new beckham",but kaka unlike beckham has substance over style and really should focus more on that, leave the photo shoots to one side because next season he really has to step up and prove he wasn't a one season wonder, but it will be really tough going from a full season with milan to confederations cup football then the new exhaustion of another campaign with milan and the world cup - not to forget organising his wedding to a 17 year old brazilian socialite.

Kaka's a work in progress. He was a great success in his first season and his opponents didn't know what to do with him. Last season they had a better idea of how to handle him and he had to learn to adjust, he had a bit of sophomore slump. In my opinion, this season we'll see what he's really made of.

He gave an excellent performance tonight. At least in the first half. Still very good in the 2nd but getting a lil tired.

Yeap a very good game for Kaka, i think he struggles a little bit trying 2 share the creative role with Ronaldinho who makes him look like a static direct midfielder. But hey that's Ronny D, he had a good game should've scored that second chance he had had but shmeh, the first goal was a blinder he seems to have his trigger back, he's started shooting from long range again thank god.

I hope this is a sign of things 2 come this following season 4 Kaka.

totally agree! :D I actually had fun watching the game yesterday.
Now Kakà has a month to reload his energies and bring to Milan all the magic that he showed in the Confederation's cup!
