The story is too sad, I don't think I can talk to anyone for weeks a after such thing has happened, and I will probably tell the driver to fuck off so I won't see him again.

Of course I would not sue. Not interested to make money of the death of my child (considering the driver is innocent, if he was guilty I'd sue just for him to get his punishment).

When you say he was a nice guy and "then this"... it implies he is not a nice guy now.

No, I said you call yourself a nice guy (in the Tell me something about yourself thread) and then he created this thread. It's like he's turning into an emotional/nice guy. That made me a tad worried about him.

do i get an award.

its a hypothetical question, read it again.
it implies you are shown footage after you decide to sue so the question is more about morality then a dead daughter.

and your religion or lack of might play a big part in your morality.

so what would you do?

for me, if it was proven that the driver was innocent then there is nothing i could or would do. you grieve, then you move on. no sense in making anyone else suffer.

Religions use to be based on books that are supposed to share wisdom and wisdom is something that you can find in any other book or source.

Hence, an atheist 16 years old girl who read Miley Cyrus' book, Harry Potter saga and Twilight saga, may learn concepts that can be read on Koran, Bible, Dalai Lama's book, Nietzsche books, Ibrahimovic's book, etc.

Atheism means that one does not believe in god, not that one is no longer an human being.

And yes, the point of the question is the forgiveness a man can give for someone who accidentally killed his daughter.

I would continue suing the guy. get loads of money, duh. use the money to buy a ticket to camp nou's game to watch milan crushing barca. celebrating milan's victory will help me get over the tragic incident.

*repeat with another daughter/son for Chelsea's game in the semis.
