When I watched him pre Milan, which wasn't that much but enough to know a little about him, I actually was usually impressed. He seemed to be all over the field, full of energy, able to evade players and playing/at least trying meaningful balls toward goal. Now, and confidence clearly has to do with it, he wants the ball to his feet more and to play at a slower pace it seems.
