Roma needs to play in this one so he can off in seriea.
Its a shame that Maldini couldnt find a way to squeeze Hauge in EL.
I doubt he will have minutes in seriea so EL was his only chance.

I think he didnt have another choice since he wanted to include all the new arrivals.
We needed Tomo , Meite & Mandzu to play in EL to rest our starters.
On the other hand we had Rebic & Leao LW so having Hauge was a luxury.

but if you look on the list of teams that will be in next round... there is no more place for semi-proffesional players.
reality is if in next round we will get a team from epl we will get eliminated easily (with our current form).

they are just using it to prepare our team for seriea.

think they are rational about milan quality and el is just something optional
during the winter transfer window they look on el games - we got red
and we should pass it so it additional 4 games (this and next round). next round we may still get team like rangers/olimpiacos/roma but later its more luck based. so el for us is like 4-6 games - thats why we got some depth this window but team overall needs many fixes.

I can't stand this pessimism.
Pioli and the management have stated many times that they want to go all the way with the EL. That's the correct attitude, this is AC Milan.
We have to find a way to refresh our players. We must avoid injuries and trust the alternative players to step up.

Come on boys! We can't just say we are tired then get weak at deciding moments. Every other team is still playing the season, if tiredness is THE reason then might as well forfeit all remaining games. We don't do fuck all no more. Whatever.
