It's better for everyone if the US does well. Such a huge country can contribute a lot IMO.

Doubt it would ever happen but imagine if the US put football/soccer on the level of basketball or the NFL...they'd churn out some amazing players eventually .

it's going to be hard till youth development system changes and atleast goes year round calender in line w/ rest of world.

Honestly basketball youth development sucks hear.

Klinnsman has done a great job basically taking a bunch of military brats. (All the german kids on us team are kids of americans born on military bases in germany who have grown up between europe and us, and pretty much germany since they were 12 and seen as big football talents.

to a degree similar to rossi those his sitaution is reverse. Shame klinnsman wasnt manager when he ws younger
