I think it's not that bad and if there really is such a heat in Italy then I understand it that they set this time for nearly all the matches. It's hot here too where I live and that is not far from Italy, so I understand that decision.

But 20.45 is a good time to watch it at home on tv/internet, although it ends late and I have to go to work on monday it's ok. Maybe the Saturday 20.45 games are the best, usually I like that time the most.

Just hope there will be good streams because there are many other matches at the same time and we have a newly promoted team as opponent.

Players who have not participated in the American trip in Detroit also worked this morning at Milanello.

In detail, here's how the session was held, featuring individual work before closing for everyone in the gym, also because of weather conditions today brought rain and low temperatures.

Massimo Ambrosini and Andrea Pirlo are engaged in the race along the perimeter of the central field.

Race for Mario Yepes: The Colombian was then transferred to other athletic exercises in the gym.

Marek Jankulovski and Kaladze Kakhaber have instead played a series of climbs in the woods. For their power and strength.

For Klaas-Jan Huntelaar after the first test yesterday, muscle strengthening in the sand.

Pippo Inzaghi, Ronaldinho and the young Simon Verdi carried out specific work in the gym and physiotherapy.

As said, the workout is over around noon for all with an hour of good work in the gym.

Free afternoon for the nine remaining Rossoneri at Milanello: resume tomorrow morning at 10.00.

MILANELLO - On the eve of the TIM Trophy the Milan squad worked at full pace at Milanello with another double session.

In order to be ready for the tournament that kicks off tomorrow at 20:45 at Bari's San Nicola stadium, the team started the morning session at 10.30 in the gym.

After lunch the team headed back out at Milanello at 17.30 on the external pitch to allow the numerous fans the chance to follow the team training.

After the warm-up, when the team also played keep-ball for a few minutes, the Rossoneri players played a practice match with their hands.

This was followed by another practice match on a quarter of the pitch and without goalkeepers.

Each side had 10 players and the aim was to maintain possession.

The next phase incorporated the entire length of the pitch, this time with the inclusion of one goalkeeper.

The teams were predominantly split between forwards and defenders.

To conclude, there was a final 11-against-11 practice match played on the entire pitch.

Yeah I know they're not on every week, but they're on usually around every other week! plus, I'll be happy to watch more of other teams too, to scout out players for B+G not to buy us

So happy that people in England don't have internet caps. It must be so unlucky for Americans and Australians/New Zealanders.

Really? I thought it wasn't done in England, as i've only really seen cases in America and Oceania. What provider do you have? I'm with the largest Virgin Media one, which reportedly gives the best internet speeds on average aswell.

And no, i definitely don't have a limit otherwise i would go past it easily. Unless it's something like 250gb.

Also. Can someone post the training video from yesterday please. As i don't know where to get it.

Why are you with AOL? Last people i saw use that were some old couple like 6 years ago. I actually thought they went out of business. But nice to see you're still holding them afloat.
