The final will be Argentina vs. Portugal, and probably the Argies will get it.

In the semis, besides the above mentioned two, Italy and France will lose.

Brazil will only reach the quarters. Same for Spain.

I find it hard to believe that England could manage to get past the groups, or the first knock-out round. Same for Germany.

I'm not sure Argentinian wins over Portugal, Portugal can suprise at any moment. That's why they are called: "The Europeans Brazilians"

There's a debate about that. I think us Romanians are as skilled as the Portuguese, if not more. Sure, the Portuguese are more consistent and don't blew chances as easy as we do, but we're technically skilled, no doubt about that.

Portugal and Romania are both able to win the World Cup.

You can compare:

Bogdan Stelea and Vitor Baia
Cosmin Contra and Abel Xavier
Christian Chivu and Beto
...

Bogdan Stelea is one of the most stupid players in the world, and he's rather a clown than a footballer. The whole country is sick of him. Some people even made him anti-fan sites.

Bogdan Lobont is younger and much better. He belongs to Ajax, he's 22, and he's on loan to Dinamo Bucharest right now. Since Grim will retire from Ajax, or take the bench, Lobont will have the first chance to get the first eleven. He already took Stelea's face in the NT.
I'd also like to mention Dolha, a 20 years old keeper of Rapid Bucharest, which I think is better than both Lobont + Stelea, but he's been injured for about 6 months, unfortunateluy. He'll be back next season. He impressed a lot in the U21 and in Rapid's match vs. PSG, away, 0-0. He was amazing.

Contra vs. Xavier is undobtedly an un-even dispute. I think Contra is much better.

Chivu vs. Beto? Well, usually Chivu plays as left back in the NT and as centre back in Ajax. He does both jobs brilliantly. Beto is as well a great player but I cannot compare them, I don't know why.

And there's more coming. Alin Stoica, Niculae, Ghioane, Pancu [watch out for this guy's technique - you'll be amazed], Cernat, Mutu, Patrascu, Codrea [Galliani asked Contra about him] etc.

I hope some of them will end up in Milan, especially Chivu and Ghioane are players that we really need right now.

About Pancu, wich position does play and how old is he ?

By the way, Niculae's favorite club is Milan. I hope Galliani will buy him.

Pancu is 24 and he's a striker. He was already selected in the NT. He played vs. France two months ago when we've lost 2-1. Pancu had a fantastic action, when he chipped the ball over the keeper from the right corner of the box, and the keeper was hardly able to deflect it. Silvestre got up from the bench, amazed, and said: "I've never seen anything like that in England". I don't blame him. He opnly played 15 minutes vs. France. Against Ukraine, a month ago at home, he played an outstanding first half. The game ended 4-1, and the score was 4-0 after 45 minutes. Pancu scored two goals, a typical striker one and a great one, and in the 45th minute he ran on the left wing, and from the left corner of the box he chipped again the ball over the keeper, hitting the post. Then the late tackle from a defender affected his muscle and he's still injured. He should be back in about a week or two.

In the league, despite being injured, he's still the league top scorer. He scored a lot, including 4 goals vs. bottom placed UMT. He's a terrific player.

Thing is I don't want Romanian strikers in Milan in this very moment, since we have plenty of striker, and with the purchase of Tomasson, we're pretty overcrowded.

i am sure that Brasil will not be champion!

Not only that, but they have both struggled in a lousy group in the WC qualifiers. Both teams had the chance to win it easily in front of the other, but yet they have failed miserably numerous times till Becks scored in the last second against Greece with an OVERRATED goal [goalie mistake, IMO].
