Rebic works hard. Got to give him credit. Bona seems to think he's a LCM. Not sure if that's a tactical shift, might be with Rebic being more of a LW and Bona going central. But Rebic staying forward makes me think not.
We seem stretched in the middle. The positioning, passing, and defensive contributions of Hakan become more obvious without him on. Samu's workrate instead of Suso's is also very apparent.
SPAL are able to hold the ball in the center for too long. Piatek being unable to consistently hold onto the ball and distribute really hurts.
Rebic is a player for countering, he's not a possession player, or at least not someone who should be counted on for maintaining it.
