I really think Allegri needs to rest him more often.. especially in games at home vs weak opponents. We need him fit in the business end of the season especially for big champions league matches

Sandro got a knock vs Brescia, but nothing serious. Anyways I would like to give him a day off vs Ajax, we are already qualified for ko-stages in CL, so imo he shouldn't even be in the squad, Yepes can replace him. Sandro is too important for upcoming matches in CL and in Serie A against the big opponents, so better give him a rest and not risk anything on wednesday.

Sandro is a great defender, and I read on a website that Milan's main priority in renewing contracts for expiring players is to renew Nesta's first. Then Pirlo, Pippo, and anyone else. Forza NESTA!

According to an interview in the Corriere dello Sport Nesta is willing to sign a contract until 2012. Would be awesome news if true!

^yes, great news. I want Sandro at Milan for another year at least, we have to renew the contract. He is a player I want to keep as long as he is in form, Sandro should end his career at Milan.

that will prob. be his last season and he knows it..it will be such a shame to see him go after he decides to hang up the boots..but, throughout the years he has proven over and over again hes world class and one of the best around..

Even if Nesta resigns until 2012, it will be great! We don't want to have Nesta stay till 2013 or longer because then he will just start to get worse and worse, and we don't want to ruin his legendary status as a defender at the club. He is among one of the best defenders to play for Milan, besides Tassotti, Costacurta, Maldini, Baresi, Cafu, etc. Then in 2012, we can shop for another CB or bring back Astori. FORZA MILAN!!!!

made some phenomenal tackles in yesterdays match..nesta is one of our most consistent players and shows it week in and week out when not injured..had we of had T.33 partnering with him yesterday, then i honestly think we could have held it to a draw..anyways, give nesta his contract through 2012, so he can stick around at least one more year..

Nesta's contract should be extended until he retires or he wants to return to Lazio. If we pick up another strong CB (luiz, sakho, astori?, etc), even as Nesta continues to age he is still invaluable to the squad. Not only is he a great defender who can still play against any competition (esp paired with a quicker, younger cb), but he is a great mentor who will really help our younger CBs prosper. We've already seen how much TS has developed and I have no doubt that another young CB will improve much quicker if Sandro is still in the squad. Forza Nesta

I'd go for Luiz, both brazilian (TS+DL) they can really kick it of but looks like he's going to city
