I would love to start the window with Kouassi on a free and Dumfries for Rodriguez and change. Would be great business! Dumfries and Theo would destroy Serie A on each flank, it would be great to see.

Apparently Thiago Silva asked if we want him back, if he?s willing to reduce his wage he?d be perfect for Kouassi and would give Romagnoli some great guidance. Sell Musacchio for 10-12m and bring Kouassi, Silva and redeem Kjaer for a combined 1.5m is good business imo. You?re signing a player for the future in Kouassi, a player for now in Silva and a good squad player in Kjaer. Considering all there wages and fee combined you probably have money left over after the Musacchio sale also.

Midfield needs a revamp, not sure Luis Florentino is the answer but I?m willing to trust Rangnick if that?s the case, Szoboszlai is perfect for us so I hope those rumour are true.

Jovic is the one in attack I want the most but not sure how realistic he is.

In all honesty I feel like we could make some good moves this summer without a monster net spend. Considering we didn?t reinvest Piateks money and Suso could be sold for 20-25m (whatever it is), we should be 50m ahead before even starting this window.

i dont remember when we could play with same lineup for more than a month and keep wining, always is someone important injured or cards. and having primavera players as backup is not that good idea, dont u think?
why would anyone want laxalt and krunic as backups? they cant be more than third choice.
and still want striker who cant create chance by himself? every year we buy striker who is depended form service, we should learn by now and try something else

Cool.
ba948e5c5c02ef6e51f7bea96f2e4494.jpg

This is without a doubt a complete change in direction with Rangnick, though. A completely different approach, a complete outsider, someone with zero connection to Milan or Serie A (two brands that have been slowly dying for well over a decade).

I?m not sure Milan is going to return to great heights under this approach, or ever under the idiots in charge of the club, but I am excited at least that we are not going to be starting over with completely inexperienced leadership at the club level.

Clubs can sign players anytime. The transfer window is only for registering the player with the league.

How Milan will be: S.Siro, sponsor and field with the words of Casper Stylsvig at Sportcal

IL NUOVO S.SIRO - 60,000 seats, a cost of 1.2 billion euros in total for the entire sports and entertainment district (of which 300 million for the actual stadium): a great project that continues and that even the economic and health difficulties in recent months have slowed.
Milan's (and Inter's) prospect is to close all bureaucratic speeches by 2020 at the latest (but hopefully by the end of the summer) so as to start the entire operating machine for 2021, complete the construction of the stadium by 2024 and the entire sports district by 2026, the year of the Milan-Cortina Winter Olympics. In a few months, therefore, it will also be known who won between the two remaining projects, "The Cathedral" of Popolous and "The Rings of Milan of Manica-Sportium".
So what is the last obstacle?
The famous cubature of course, but the difference between the proposal of the Municipality and the request of the two companies is very low and as for the transfer market when both parties want to close the deal, a halfway agreement will be reached that will satisfy both.
But how important is the stadium?
Two testimonials on the one hand: on the one hand Lorenzo Pellegrino, CEO of Skrill , new Rossoneri partner, interviewed by us a couple of weeks ago expressed himself as follows: “ in four years, at the end of the current contract, I would like to renew the partnership also in given the fact that there will be a new stadium and consequently the visibility that I will obtain will be greater". And here a first change will take place that will please the current sponsors and will be attractive for future ones, with the new hospitality areas dedicated to partners who are now not up to European standards.
The other testimony comes from Casper Stylsvig himself , from March 2019 Milan's Chief Revenue Officer interviewed by Sportcal: " having a new stadium is absolutely fundamental both from an economic and from a security point of view, it will create attraction and will be a boost for local economy also creating jobs. There will be no repercussions related to the ongoing pandemic, indeed if anything, this financial injection represented by the construction of the new stadium has become even more important now for the local economy"
The new S.Siro will not be just football, it will not only be the home of Milan and Inter but will be surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants, outdoor and indoor culture and leisure centers, a running track and a bicycles, an outdoor gym, a skateboard park, soccer fields and a sports museum, most of which are free of charge.
Stylvig continues at Sportcal: “When we start comparing the numbers of the stadium with those of the other clubs, we realize how far we are behind, it is an area of enormous growth. The new S.Siro will also allow us to implement new technologies that will make the whole fan experience much wider and much more interactive "
An air of novelty therefore, such as that of creating links between partners; from this season, Milan has been collaborating with the English digital marketing agency WePlay , a collaboration that has led to a 7.5% increase in ticket sales, but not only, Skrill itself will allow payment procedures linked to ticketing and e -faster and more efficient commerce regarding merchandising and tickets.

INCREASE IN REVENUES AND SEARCH FOR NEW SPONSORS - We have already told you about the new commercial team set up by Gazidis through Casper Stylsvig himself, the team that has Maikel Oettle as manager , previously at the IMG agency.
A group born to have a direct and personal approach with new partners: “ we are a global club and we need global brands to continue on our path. The big brands are spending more money than in the past on digital resources, so a large part of their spending is concentrated in digital marketing and if we want to attract some of these big world brands, we must follow this trend too, investing and strengthening our social networks. ”Stylsvig told Sportcal again.
So what to do in a historical moment like this, with an AC Milan that is certainly not going through a phase of football splendor? Casper Stylsvig always replies: “Increasing revenues is crucial because it is one of the aspects that we can directly control, an area that we can grow in particular is that of partnerships. We cannot control what is happening on the pitch, but we can control what exists outside the camp. When we look at the various commercial rankings we notice that we are never in the position where we should be in terms of history, potential and size of the club, there is certainly room for growth regardless of the sporting part. Being permanently in the Champions League will help and is a top priority for the club, moreover it will allow us to strengthen our economic objectives.Commercial success does not depend largely on performance and results, this is usually the first excuse that can be found, there are entire areas that we have not yet explored and exploited. Once we have fully exploited these potentials, which we already have, reaching the ultimate limit, then we will also depend on the results to grow ".
It will be a long-term project, it will take several years to do it well but you will have a great ally, that oncoming stadium that makes everything possible. " Commercially, we will be incredibly busy in the next 5-10 years," continues Stylsvig. “We know what we have to do, we know which areas we need to focus on and we have a clear plan in place. We are not trying to fix everything at once , we will have to proceed slowly and make sure we have solid foundations and then move on to the next step. Digital, sponsorships, retail and e-commerce: once this is done, we will have to move forward and have a clear list of other priorities.
Milan itself is and will be the great asset that will make it more attractive for the big brands to be part of this trip and this will also help transform the club by bringing more funds to invest on the sports side . I think there is no more attractive and interesting project in the world of football at the moment and this is one of the reasons why I joined this club ".

AND ON THE FIELD? - Milan's idea is to create a more European squad or if you want more English, pass me the term. More speed than individuals, more game speed, more intensity than the Italian average. At the head of this structure we want to have a single person, who takes care of the first team but not only and here the doubts that this person is Rangnick are practically close to zero. On the other hand, Paolo Maldini had also initially tried to retain the company by offering him the possibility of having another assignment, a possibility that was wrecked by Maldini's refusal.

PSG defender Tanguy Kouassi wants to stay at the Parisian club and would not join Milan or RB Leipzig.

According to what reported by gianlucadimarzio.com , Empoli midfielder Samuele Ricci ended up in Ralf Rangnick's radar. The German has been asking for information for the 2001 class talent for months, and should he become the new Rossoneri manager, he is certainly one of the names he would give to Ivan Gazidis, aware that the young Empoli footballer falls perfectly within the parameters outlined by Elliott for the new Milan course. On Ricci, however, the competition is fierce: Naples, Fiorentina and Borussia Dortmund also like it.

watched a vid on him, looks like he has a lot of tools and runs a lot. Perfect type of player to mold.

Yeah Ricci looks really good! If Tonali is going to be 40-50 mil, it's better to spend 15 mil on Ricci and 20 mil on another midfielder.

Fiorentina midfielder Gaetano Castrovilli has reportedly rejected ?45m moves to Tottenham Hotspur and Borussia Dortmund.

Tuttomercatoweb claims Castrovilli?s breakout year for Fiorentina caught the attentions of Tottenham and Dortmund, who both offered ?45m before the coronavirus pandemic.

However, the website claims he refused both proposals because he has the ?firm intention? of staying in Italy.

Ffs, gordon & ivan... The price is 40m/Lupaq. Get to work!
