A bit of statistic after 26 games. 2010/11 vs 2011/12. Already exclude the 1st game which was played on Dec 20.

Points achieved : 55 vs 54. Goals for : 46 vs 53. Goals against : 20 vs 22. Clean sheets 12 vs 13. Milan sufferred a lot at the beginning of the season wherein in 5 games we only won 1 (vs Cesena), draw 2 (vs Lazio and Udinese) and lost 2 (vs Napoli and Juve).

If we exclude those first 5 games, this season's stats are definitely a lot better :
Points achieved : 47 vs 49. Goals for : 39 vs 48. Goals against : 16 vs 14. Clean sheets 9 vs 11.

Despite those early setbacks and injuries to key players (Pato, Cassano, Aquilani, Boateng), it is indeed great that we still find ourselves top of the table now. Or maybe it's because Juve simply keep on floundering their chances to become run away table leader.
